Our caravan is ideal for families, outdoor enthusiasts, relaxation, a base for touring and for those wishing to socialise. One small adult dog will be welcome to accompany our guests.
The home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite toilet, the other with twin beds plus there is a pull out double bed in the lounge, a walk in shower, full size Fridge/Freezer, Gas Cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Hair dryer, Iron & ironing board and a High-chair is on hand, if required. There is a selection of DVD's, games and books. We also provide duvets, mattress protectors and ample pillows and sheets and duvet covers may be hired directly from the site.
Mobile Wi-fi to keep you in touch with back home should the need arise.
The decking has outdoor furniture & a rotary clothes line and there is also a dedicated parking space and lawned area. (The gate to the decking has a lock for added security for the younger guests.)
WELL EQUIPPED: Our guests regularly refer, in their reviews (link above), to the caravan being well equipped, perhaps because of all the little extras e.g. everything we can think of in the line of pots & pans, crockery and cutlery as well as such items as paper towels, cling film, foil, toilet rolls, sauces etc. plus a welcome bottle of wine.
THOSE LOOKING TO RELAX & UNWIND: Even though we don't have the best view on the site our home is in the owners area of the park therefore away from the hustle & bustle of the more touristy areas and only a short walk from the club house which has a quiet upstairs lounge where one can watch the sun going down over the most spectacular scenery glass in hand. While inside the home itself there is a Freeview TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
Ladram Bay Holiday Park has excellent amenities for children including a kids club, an indoor heated swimming pool with splash zone, walking on water, a private beach, indoor/outdoor play areas, an amusement arcade, crazy golf. For adults there is a well-stocked shop, restaurant & coffee shop and bar, takeaway, launderette and Internet zones. There is nightly entertainment in the clubhouse with kids club, live acts, bingo, pool, darts.
THOSE IN SEARCH OF OUTDOOR PURSUITS: The site is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on Devons Jurassic Coast. For the ornithologist, fisherman (oops fisherperson!), photographer, cyclist, walker/hiker nowhere could be better.
There are superb walks along the cliffs to Budleigh Salterton and further. The village of Otterton itself is well worth a walk around with its Mill (serving irresistible freshly made cakes and coffee!) and a high number of very attractive thatched properties plus a flat walk along the River Otter south to Budleigh Salterton and North to Colaton Raleigh.
