Our holiday caravan is situated at Ladram Bay, Devon and it is an award winning, peaceful, beautifully sited holiday centre. It boasts all the amenities you could wish for without the costs associated with bigger caravan parks. The staff are friendly and helpful and you could not wish for better views.

Our caravan is sited in Peak View, on one of the best plots on the site. Not only does it boast peace and quiet, but it is only minutes away from all the amenities and it is also on the flat. Whereas some caravans only enjoy a sea view, this one looks right across to the sandstone cliffs of Sidmouth, the rolling hills towards Budleigh Salterton, and to Peak Hill which sits between Sidmouth and Ladram Bay.

The club and restaurant is situated atop the sea, where you can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the stunning sea views whilst enjoying a meal and a drink. After you can enjoy the quality nightly cabaret and show acts. There is plenty for the children to do, a superb outside play area enjoying lovely sea views, the Ozzie Club and a spacious fun inside swimming pool, at a cost of only £2.

It has its own private beach where you can enjoy fishing, snorkelling, boat hire. Take a tour round Ladram Bay website and download the electronic brochure. The site is on the South West coastal path and is also close to Exmouth, Exeter, and Lyme Regis. The thatched roof village of Otterton is easily approached across the fields where a cream tea awaits you at the lovely Otterton Mill.

Our caravan has all the extra touches to make your holiday enjoyable and comfortable. It has a grand master bedroom with ensuite. Spacious bathroom with a large shower and a full-size bath useful for bathing small children. There is a free-standing extending dining table with four chairs and a fully fitted kitchen, enjoying views across undulating hills to Budleigh Salterton. The second bedroom has twin beds but can be pushed together to form a comfortable double bed.

The plentiful lounge seating area has two free-standing sofas and are perfectly situated to ensure you can recline in comfort whilst enjoying the stunning scenery. The lounge has a full 32" television with a DVD player, CD player and radio. The furnishings are superior and homely, making it very difficult to return home, especially when the sun is reflecting off the red sandstone cliffs across the sea.

Sit outside on the decking and just listen to birds, but although the caravan is in a lovely quiet spot, it is only a short flat walk to all the amenities. You can also park right outside the caravan, still allowing plenty of space to enjoy the garden. There is plenty of outside garden seating, a full large table and four chairs on the patio, again enjoying sea views, a quiet little bench to enjoy the greenery and tranquillity, and finally a bench and table on the decking so you can enjoy your early morning breakfast or evening glass of wine, lit up by outside lantern lighting.

We provide duvets and pillowcases, so you only need to bring your own linen and towels. The electricity is included and the gas is purchased via a top up gas card purchased at reception.

We can do short breaks and, you can make the most of our Monday to Friday reasonably priced week breaks, ideal for the retired.
