Butlins

Our 40ft luxury 2 bedroom caravan is situated by the side of a well stocked fishing lake. It has a master bedroom with a King size bed fitted with a new pocket sprung mattress, the bedroom is large enough to take a BABIES COT and there is an en suite with a FULL SIZE BATH
and shower, there is also a second toilet and shower room.
There is an automatic washing machine in the kitchen , iron and ironing board are also supplied , useful if you stay for a week


The van is equipped with all you will need for a comfortable stay, a full length decking with lockable gates for children to play safely and a patio table and padded chairs by the side of the lake A private parking space for one vehicle is provided next to the van. You will need to take your own bath towels ALL OTHER BEDDING and beds made up on your arrival is INCLUDED in advertised cost
All passes to butlins entertainment are included in price , except butlins special advertised paying events ,these need to be purchased separately,
Note the van is as LARGE as most 3 bedroom vans and LARGER than some ,this allows more living space for 6 people in larger rooms
