Owner Description

This is a beautifully presented holiday home, Gorse Hill 1 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full shower rooms, balcony and parking to the side is an ideal family holiday home.
Atlas Serenity, March 2012. It is 38ft x 12ft This is a 3 bedroom luxury caravan that has the entry in the middle of the caravan through a pair of double glazed french doors. Leading into the kitchen and centre lounge area. As you walk inside, on your immediate right is a cupboard with a gas combi boiler that supplies instant hot water and central heating to all the radiators in each room. Next to this is the built in, full size, fridge freezer. and then to a door that gives access to the two twin rooms, toilet and shower room. Each bedroom has two twin bed, single wardrobes and over bed storage, Back into the entrance, you have the kitchen and lounge. A fully fitted kitchen with high gloss doors, equipped with gas cooker with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster and all pots, pans, cutlery, plates. The main lounge area has a pull out sofa bed.
LED electric fire with a variable log effect light. TV with freeview and DVD. Dining table and chairs along with a breakfast bar. Right hand side of the lounge is a further door that leads to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is en-suite with a double shower. . One double wardrobe with drawers and over bed storage.
All windows are double glazed with the lounge kitchen area have wood effect blinds. Balcony to the front of the holiday home and parking to the side.
