If you wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities including the swimming pools, children's club and entertainment complex you will need to purchase a pass.
To purchase Fun passes to access all the facilities, you can do this by calling the park direct on 01395 226226 (calls charged at standard UK rates). You can also request the hire of cots, highchairs etc if needed (fee applies).
You can buy individual passes or a caravan pass that covers all occupants but you will still receive a pass each, just choose the cheapest option for your group. If your holiday overlaps between peak and off-peak then you will be charged the rate of where most days of your holiday are.
Children under 4 years old do not need a pass, age 16 years and above is classed as an adult.
Prepaid passes are collected from Devon Cliffs check in on your day of arrival. If you have not prepaid passes you can still purchase them on the day but will be charged £2 extra per person than prices quoted below. Passes are not refundable and cannot be transferred, if you lose your pass you will need to pay full price to get a replacement.
This is now our 7th season at Devon Cliffs and we have already taken a number of enquiries and bookings for 2019 from returning guests.

At Devon Cliffs, you’ll find first class facilities and activities in a perfect holiday setting. Set above a sandy bay with direct beach access, the Park is designed to give you the holiday you want. From the large pool complex and luxury Spa to the superb activities and entertainment centre.
Passes can be ordered from Haven directly at an extra cost.
Situated at Karo Place, a quiet area which is only 2 minutes from the beach, and only 5 minutes from all the entertainments & facilities. We have some lovely sea views and there is a new park just down from us, as well as the new south beach café being within a 1 minute walk.
Parking is available next to the caravan and just down from us there is a large car park, very beneficial if bringing more than one car. While the caravan benefits from being very close to the marvellous south beach café there is very little noise as we are far enough away from the main complex not to suffer from the noise.
Loads of entertainment available on site, bars/takeaways/shops etc,(please see haven website for details) you will need fun passes for some of the entertainment, passes ARE NOT INCLUDED in all prices. If they are required please ask. To ensure the caravan is ready for your arrival we use a highly rated private cleaning firm.
Devon Cliffs all action Holiday Park is located in Sandy Bay just outside the small town of Exmouth in the South West of England. The park is approximately a 20 minute drive south of Exeter, leaving the M5 motorway at junction 30. The site can also be easily accessed by Rail or Coach.
No matter what the weather there is always something to do for the whole family on the park with indoor and outdoor activities running throughout the day. Whether it’s a short or long break you are after please don’t hesitate free to contact me for any information you may require.
Deposit / Balance scheme is available. Contact me for more info. Beach Comber bar and restaurant. The living area is open plan and has lots of floor space which is great for little ones. There is a lot of storage which helps keep clutter to a minimum.
An additional double bed in the form of a sofa bed is hidden underneath the vast L shaped seating area. The Lounge/Dining area includes ‘L’ shaped seating. A combined entertainment/fire/storage unit complements the living space.

The kitchen has everything that you will need, eating utensils, drinking utensils including mugs and pint glasses, cooking utensils including pots and pans and a frying pan. The kitchen also has lots of storage for food etc. The galley style kitchen is both practical and effective with modern wood grain units and generous storage.

The Holiday Home consists of 3 bedrooms.
One double and two twin bedrooms
The master has small bedside tables, a double wardrobe and a double bed that comfortably fits two adults. The bedroom is wide enough to accommodate a compact travel cot.
The Twin Rooms.
Both twin rooms have a storage cupboard and a bedside shelf. The single beds can comfortably fit an adult. In one of the twin rooms the beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.
The bathroom is a very spacious and contains a shower cubicle with bi-fold glass door, thermostatic mixer with hose and shower head. There’s also a separate washroom/toilet. Handy towel shelves and porcelain accessories.

Prices include gas & electricity. Prices do not include the Park Entertainment Passes. These can be added during the booking process. Some of the photos are representative of the caravan.
BOOKINGS: We do 3 night FRI-MON, 4 night MON-FRI and 7 night FRI-FRI breaks, all at competitive prices. You can reserve your booking with £75, this is non-returnable should you cancel the holiday, payment can be made by cheques, cash sent special delivery, and internet bank transfer, the balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday, if we do not receive payment by then, your booking will be void.
If holidays are booked with less than 8 weeks to the start of the holiday, then the full amount will be required. TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ THESE: we will supply your caravan in A1 condition, we would appreciate it if you leave it in good condition. No bookings can be accepted from a) groups of person of all one sex, b) groups under 25yrs old, c) groups that are not genuine holiday guests.
We request you do not SMOKE in the caravan, we have provided an ashtray for your stub ends for outside the caravan you must agree to pay for any damage (accidental, wilful, or through neglect) caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss caused by yourself or any member of your party, this does not include failure due to normal use.
Any new bookings for 2018 we will require a £75 security deposit before your start date. This will be returned in full if no damage has occurred.
