Located at Bay View 30, our brand new 3 bed 2020 ABI Ambleside Premiere is a prestige front row, cliff top holiday home with unrivalled panoramic views overFiley Bay.
With 3 bedrooms, this luxury 6 berth home boasts central heating and double glazing, a large family bathroom and magnificent master suite with en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom even has full sized single beds and the kitchen comes equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher – it does not get any more sumptuous than this! Bedding is supplied and beds are made up as standard so you are free to start your holiday right away.
Situated at Primrose Valley on the new Bay View Phase II development, this stunning holiday home comes complete with a larger than usual wrap around balcony so that you can take full advantage of the extraordinary panoramic views.
It is most definitely worth getting up early to watch the sunrise or staying up late to watch the moon over the North Sea!! There is also ample patio seating so that the whole family can dine outdoors whilst overlooking the bay.
With direct access to a stretch of golden sand, this holiday home is perfectly situated on a generous plot directly above Upper Flat Cliffs ('Millionaire's Row'!) and set in a private and quiet area of the park, yet just a short walk away from the main entertainment complex area (approx. 3 minutes) and the beach path.
With only private owners on Bay View, the area has a friendly and tidy aspect and with no through road, making this a quiet yet convenient location - arguably the best on park!
The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.
The spacious living room has a spectacular sea views with Filey Bay to the North and Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head to the south. The main living room has 2 oversized sofas with plenty of comfortable cushions and throws to cosy up with.
There is a dining table with seating for 6 and ample room around the table (a rarity in caravans, even today!). For your entertainment there is also a TV, radio and a ready supply of board games, magazines and books, as well as local area information.
The modern kitchen is unusually spacious and comes complete with a large family sized gas hob, built in oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, iron, and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.
For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink, as well as a vacuum cleaner - our precious holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these!
To the rear of the caravan are 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a separate dressing area consisting of a dressing table and wardrobe and private bathroom is the ultimate in luxury. There is also a TV for lazy mornings or early nights. For families holidaying with babies or very young children, there is ample room to set up your travel cot in the spacious master bedroom suite. Next door is the large twin bedded room with full sized single beds, wardrobe, cupboards, drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp. Then comes the regular twin, again with ample wardrobe space, drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp light.
Each bedroom has cosy and sumptuous duvets, pillows and mattress protectors and with professionally laundered crisp white bed linen being supplied as standard (beds are also made up for you), you are free to start your holiday right away.
The main family bathroom consists of a generous double shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit, shaver point, toilet and heated towel rail, with ample shelving for all your bathroom paraphernalia.
For your comfort and convenience, please remember to bring bathroom and kitchen towels and a bath mat or two. Large bin liners are also needed for the kitchen.
To the side of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking behind the caravan.
Immediately to the front of the caravan is a large grassed area, accessed from the additional side balcony steps, providing ample safe space for children to play.
All bedding, gas and electricity are included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break! Whilst entertainment passes are not normally included in our holidays, these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.
FULL WEEKS & SHORT BREAKS:
All week long lettings run from Friday to Friday. or Monday to Monday.
Weekend lettings are Friday to Monday.
Mid-week lettings are Monday to Friday.
Please note that short breaks are only usually available in off-peak periods - please enquire for price and availability.
HOW TO BOOK:
Our beautiful holiday home can be reserved for a £100 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment is either by cheque or direct bank transfer and can be paid in installments or in one lump sum at any point before the due date.
This is strictly a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS holiday home. Evidence of either will unfortunately result in customers being billed for a deep clean.
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Unlike many private caravan owners, we do not require a security bond (against any damage) - we trust that our guests will treat our holiday home with the same respect that we do. Whilst we understand that accidents can sometimes happen, please ensure that these are reported to the people who do the key handover as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue before the next guests arrive (after you leave).
Please be aware that any damage or breakages of more than a nominal fee (over £10) must be paid for and will be billed directly to the customer by either Haven or ourselves. This includes any deep cleans deemed necessary or any discretionary refunds to guests that follow you into the caravan should we be unable to present our holiday home in our usual pristine condition.
This is strictly a NO-SMOKING and NO PETS CARAVAN. Evidence of either will result in the customer being billed for a deep clean.
Whilst BBQ's are allowed on park, Haven rules stipulate that these should be held well away from any caravans. BBQ's are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the balcony of our holiday home.
The £100 deposit is non-refundable. In cases of cancellation only the balance will be refunded and only if the holiday is re-sold. In some circumstances (usually at short notice) this may be at a reduced cost to the original advertised price. In such cases guests will be refunded only the amount of the re-sale value, minus the deposit.
By booking with us and paying for your holiday you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

ON A FINAL NOTE.... if you are looking for a more than just a place to sleep, if you are looking for a luxurious, stylish and homely caravan in a quiet, private area with no thoroughfare, yet just minutes from the action of the main complex and the beach, then this is the place for you. Whilst we are by no means the cheapest place to stay on park, we do pride ourselves in being the very best! All that we would ask is that you treat our family holiday home with the same respect that we do.
PRIMROSE VALLEY HOLIDAY PARK
Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship resort in the north and undoubtedly the most popular on the East Coast of Yorkshire.
With a recent multi-million pound face lift and redevelopment project, there is something for everyone here, whether you want an action packed, entertainment filled holiday with the kids or a quiet and relaxing break with loved ones.
There are so many on-site activities: 3 swimming pools with fun events held throughout the day, a boating lake, fishing lake, golf, mini golf, go-karts, lazer quest, football; archery, judo, a small fun-fair with rides, climbing wall etc.... too much to name!
There is also daily entertainment in the form of kids clubs, entertainers, shows, singing, dancing, comedy acts, with several bars in the main complex as well as restaurants, takeaways and a Starbucks coffee shop. There is a large convenience store with a bakery on site, a laundry and cash facilities.
Access to the beach is via a narrow road that leads down to the coast. Whilst a little steep in places, it is a smooth road so ideal for buggies and pushchairs.

Just 10 minutes to the south is the seaside town of Bridlington, whilst 15 minutes to the north is the large Victorian spa resort of Scarborough.
Whitby, Sandsend and Robin Hoods Bay are all within 40 minutes and well worth a visit. A drive into the North York Moors is also a must.
On the doorstep are the RSPB reserves of Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head, again well worth a visit. York is easily reached within the hour and with its museums, galleries, Minster and shopping facilities, could easily fill a day or two.
