Luxury sea view holiday home for hire on the new Bay View development - now taking bookings for the 2019 season!

Located at Bay View 27, our 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux is a top of the range caravan with all the added extra's you would expect from a luxury holiday home. Situated at Primrose Valley with direct access to a stretch of golden sand, the caravan benefits from being on a large corner plot with wonderful sea views.

Our family-owned caravan is perfectly positioned on the new Bay View development, right on the cliff tops with the main complex area just a short walk away. The area has no through road, making this a quiet yet convenient location - arguably the best on park!

The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel. The spacious living room has a spectacular sea view (see photographs) and contains 2 free standing sofas and a clever coffee table that has extra seating cubes stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family.

There is a dining table that seats 6 and a TV, radio and a ready supply of magazines, books and board games that provide plenty of entertainment within the caravan.

The spacious and modern kitchen comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

For your convenience, there is also a vacuum cleaner and a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink - our precious holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these!

To the rear of the caravan are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), so plenty of room for the whole family. Each has been individually styled and will be supplied with crisp white professionally laundered bed linen.

There are also soft and sumptuous duvets, pillows and mattress protectors in each room. The master suite also has it's own en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink for that added comfort and luxury!

The main family bathroom is unusually large and consists of a huge double shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit, shaver point and toilet. For your comfort and convenience, please remember to bring bathroom and kitchen towels and a bath mat.

To the side of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking behind the caravan. There is also a large private grassed area, providing ample safe space for children to play. The spacious paved patio to the side of the caravan has outdoor table and chairs supplied and is perfect for al-fresco dining.

All bedding, gas and electricity are included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break! Whilst entertainment passes are not normally included in our holidays, these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.


FULL WEEKS & SHORT BREAKS:
All week long lettings run from Friday to Friday. Weekend lettings are Friday to Monday, and mid-week lettings, Monday to Friday and are sometimes available in off-peak periods only - please enquire for price and availability.

HOW TO BOOK:
Our beautiful holiday home can be reserved for a £100 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment is either by cheque or direct bank transfer and can be paid in installments or in one lump sum at any point before the due date.

This is strictly a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS holiday home. Evidence of either will unfortunately result in customers being billed for a deep clean.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Unlike many private caravan owners, we do not require a security bond (against any damage) - we trust that our guests will treat our holiday home with the same respect that we do. Whilst we understand that accidents can sometimes happen, please ensure that these are reported to the people who do the key handover as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue before the next guests arrive (after you leave).
Please be aware that any damage or breakages of more than a nominal fee (over £10) must be paid for and will be billed directly to the customer by either Haven or ourselves. This includes any deep cleans deemed necessary or any discretionary refunds to guests that follow you into the caravan should we be unable to present our holiday home in our usual pristine condition.
This is strictly a NO-SMOKING and NO PETS CARAVAN. Evidence of either will result in the customer being billed for a deep clean..
Whilst BBQ's are allowed on park, Haven rules stipulate that these should be held well away from any caravans. BBQ's are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on the balcony of our holiday home.
The £100 deposit is non-refundable. In cases of cancellation only the balance will be refunded and only if the holiday is re-sold. In some circumstances (usually at short notice) this may be at a reduced cost to the original advertised price. In such cases guests will be refunded only the amount of the re-sale value, minus the deposit.
In booking with us and paying for your holiday you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please also note that all Haven park rules must be adhered to whilst staying on site, this includes no single sex parties or under 21's bookings. Please see the Haven website for further details.


ON A FINAL NOTE.... if you are looking for a more than just a place to sleep, if you are looking for a luxurious, stylish and homely caravan in a quiet, private area with no thoroughfare, yet just minutes from the action of the main complex and the beach, then this is the place for you. Whilst we are by no means the cheapest place to stay on park, we do pride ourselves in being the very best! All that we would ask is that you treat our family holiday home with the same respect that we do.


PRIMROSE VALLEY HOLIDAY PARK
Primrose Valley is Haven's flagship resort in the north and undoubtedly the most popular on the East Coast of Yorkshire.

With a recent multi-million pound face lift and redevelopment project, there is something for everyone here, whether you want an action packed, entertainment filled holiday with the kids or a quiet and relaxing break with loved ones.

There are so many on-site activities: 3 swimming pools with fun events held throughout the day, a boating lake, fishing lake, golf, mini golf, go-karts, lazer quest, football; archery, judo, a small fun-fair with rides, climbing wall etc.... too much to name!

There is also daily entertainment in the form of kids clubs, entertainers, shows, singing, dancing, comedy acts, with several bars in the main complex as well as restaurants, take-aways and a Starbucks coffee shop. There is a large convenience store with a bakery on site, a laundry and cash facilities.

Access to the beach is via a narrow road that leads down to the coast. Whilst a little steep in places, it is a smooth road so ideal for buggies and pushchairs.

SURROUNDING AREA
Just 10 minutes to the south is the seaside town of Bridlington, whilst 15 minutes to the north is the large Victorian spa resort of Scarborough.

Whitby, Sandsend and Robin Hoods Bay are all within 40 minutes and well worth a visit. A drive into the North York Moors is also a must.

On the doorstep are the RSPB reserves of Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head, again well worth a visit. York is easily reached within the hour and with its museums, galleries, Minster and shopping facilities, could easily fill a day or two.
