2011 model swift serenity, with double glazing and central heating, 3 bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom, TVs in 2 of bedrooms 1 with DVD, 32 inch TV in lounge with DVD and ps2 (games & DVDs included) ipod docking station/CD player, children's games, ironing board/iron, patio with furniture including loungers and parasol, buckets, spades, windbreaks, body boards, badminton, bowels, scooter, beach chairs all stored in a storage bench.

We are on mains gas and electric so you will never run out of gas. Caravan is fitted with an alarm. Quilts and pillows are provided but linen needs to be brought with you or hired from reception.

The caravan is on the links overlooking the children's park and is just a few minutes walk from main complex. We require a £75 refundable damage deposit which will be refunded at end of holiday provided no damage has been has caused.

We also require a minimum of £100 deposit to secure booking (which is non-refundable) and the balance 1 month before the holiday. The price of holiday doesn't include entertainment passes, which can be purchased at Hopton Holiday Village reception.
