Owner Description

Stunning 3 bedroomed luxury lodge, this is the first of our 3 holiday homes which we rent out; which is on the popular Parkdean White Acres Holiday Park near Newquay it is suitable for those families who fish as this is 1 of the countries best fishing venues or for those who just wish to unwind. It is only 5 miles outside of Newquay and the U.K's no.1 surfing destination Fistral Beach and it's many other beautiful white sandy beaches.

The lodge was purchased in 2012 brand new and has all the amenities anyone could wish for whilst on holiday including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a brand new hd T.V in the living room, TV's in all of the bedrooms so you can keep everyone happy and an en-suite to the master bedroom which has a walk-in wardrobe, this lodge is perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful Cornish countryside or to use as a base to explore Cornwall in more detail.

It is a 3-5minute walk from Jenny's fishing lake and a little bit further to the club house. The playing field with football goals is only a stones throw away for those who like a kick about. The club house has entertainment on at night for children available from 6.30pm then cash bingo after this at 8:45pm over 18's only then the family entertainment follows. You will need passes for this and you can purchase these from the reception on site for approximately £10 per person. Fishing permits can be purchased from the fishing lodge and you will be required to have a valid fishing license.

Lodge 284 is available on the day of arrival from approximately 2:30pm and needs to be vacated on the day of departure by 10am.

This is the best lodge I've stayed in ,it's very comfortable warm and clean ,it's very modern with Ensuite bed room ,dish washer and washing machine.,the paneramic views are stunning ,we even got A lovely welcome pack from Becky the owner ,what a nice touch.The location is ideal for exploring Cornwall and good fishing in the numerous lakes on white acres.i would certainly recommend this lodge To everyone ,we shall booking again .
