Range of baby aids high chair, travel cot, steriliser, baby bath and bed guard are already here as well as many toys and games.

Lounge area has a Large corner leather suite, flat screen 40 inch hd free-view TV and DVD player with DVDs for your use and it has a small coffee table. Full size table 4 full size chairs with 2 small stools to use.

Kitchen consists of a full size cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, washer, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, coffee maker and sandwich maker.

All utensils, pots and pans that you may need including plastic dishes for little ones.

Iron and ironing board clothes airer.

2 toilets 2 showers at either side if the van.

Ensuite has an extra large shower and toilet and sink and heated towel rail.

2 single bedrooms 1 bedroom has 2 beds with storage space above beds the other has bunk beds and another bed that lifts up that could accomadate a travel cot or can be kept up for extra space for little ones to play and a wardrobe and cupboards above beds.

Please keep in mind that they are many added extras in the van including bed guard, travel cot, highchair and extra radiator that haven charge extra for.

£100 deposit secures booking, payment in full 28 days before start of holiday.

£50 bond on arrival for damages

£100 if taking a small well behaved pet.

Outside furniture including table and chairs and parasol.

Please note bedding and towels not included but can be provided for extra small fee.

Cleaning equipment already here including Hoover.

Tea towels and clothes and bin liners are provided
