Greenacres Holiday Park

Hi,

This is our family owned 38x12 ft, 3 bedroom 6 berth Platinum grade Static Caravan with large decking area situated on Havens Greenacres, Porthmadog, North Wales site a short walk away from the lovely Black Rock sands beach.

Our Double glazed, central heated Caravan has 3 bedrooms consisting of one double with a dressing table and LCD TV/DVD and two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom.There is also a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge so the caravan will comfortably sleep 6 people.

The caravan is fully equipped with all new utensils, a gas oven with 4 hobs, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, full sized Fridge and Freezer, cutlery, Crockery, Plates, Pots and Pans.

The lounge area has plenty of seating with a dining table and chairs, there is a 40” TV with Free-view , surround sound Bluetooth player and a DVD player.

The shower room has a large shower cubicle with shelving, a wash hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate en suite toilet and basin in the master bedroom.

Included in the price is the water, Gas and electric.

French doors open out onto the large decking area to the front, side and rear of the van with two sets of Rattan tables and chairs.

The caravan is located on a very large plot being one of a select few on site with the size of decking space and is also located in a quiet area.

All pillows and duvets are supplied and all you will need to bring with you is your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. There is plenty of parking next to the caravan for a number of cars and is perfect for families or couples looking for a short break or holiday.

For your safety there are smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors fitted in the caravan which are tested weekly.

A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking which will returned within 7 days once the caravan has been checked for cleanliness and damages following your stay.

The full payment must be paid 8 weeks before the holiday and I will send an invoice by email, if no payment is made then the deposit will be lost and the caravan will be re hired. Once full payment is received I will send a key release form which you just hand in at reception and the keys will be released for your stay.

Check in on the arrival day is from 2pm and you can use all the site facilities before, on departure day the caravan is to be vacated by 11am and you are free to use the facilities for the day.

Passes for entry to the entertainment complex and swimming facilities are not included and can be purchased from Greenacres Holiday park reception.
