Customer Comments: The caravan was lovely and just perfect for our family of 5
Location was great with a kids park directly outside van which allowed our 3 children the freedom to go out and play with no worries
The owner was very helpful throughout the whole rental process and even during our stay kept in touch which was nice
Would definitely recommend this van to anyone who is thinking about renting
Also the park is amazing with so much to do and we are already thinking of coming again in the near future
Really glad you had a great stay in our caravan, likewise you and your family were lovely guests and would welcome you again in the future.

Customer Comments: just returned from a great week at Haggerston Castle Park staying in West Lawn 37 with our 2 children (10&5yrs)
The caravan is located in a perfect position on site as you are far enough away from the main facilities not to hear the noise but only 5 mins walk to everything you need such as the on site shop and main facilities. The fact the caravan had 3 rooms was ideal for us and gave us the extra space you need when you having a young family with 2 bathrooms even better !! We found the caravan to be spotless and contained everything you need but more importantly reasonably priced for the time of year as peak prices had just kicked with it being the Easter hols..we found the transaction of organising the hire with Jonita (owner) efficient and straight forward mostly by email but was on hand by phone if we needed help when we arrived..extremely accommodating and very pleasant to deal with i would highly recommend these owners who obviously take great care to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible .The site itself was ideal for our 2 children with lots of activities for them to enjoy along with the bar and lounge for us adults.. the main areas of the park were extremely clean and the main thing to note from our experience was the bar / lounge /restaurant wasn't too big which was great as you didn't have huge queues like you experience at other larger sites. We spent most of out time visiting the many wonderful places such as Berwick, Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle which are all on the doorstep ..wish we had more time as we found so many nice places to see but didn't get round to seeing them ..found a great pub (the jolly fisherman) in Craster and a fab walk to yet another castle..another one for a nice meal is the apple inn in Lucker..alot more to mention..we finished off our hols with a trip to Alnick Castle which was fantastic with the harry potter area & broom stock training for the kids and at £38 for a family was extremely well priced
all in all a great place , a great site and with great accommodation ..we will definitely be coming back in summer but hopefully for longer and hopefully if Jonita can fit us in..wish we had found this place years ago ..its that good..
We are really pleased you had such a good time, it would be a pleasure to welcome you and your family back again
