This is a beautiful caravan, exceptionally clean and has everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. Our little dog enjoyed it as much as we did. John could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The site itself is very quiet, at least it was when we stayed. The little shop has all your needs abd staff are more than obliging. We enjoyed our holiday that much we have booked for next year and cant wait

Absolutely Beautiful caravan. We have 2 dogs and this is a dog friendly caravan you would never know as it is so lovely clean and Posh inside where as most dog friendly caravans think us with Pooches deserve grotty run down holiday shacks.. so thank you so much John as this home really was luxurious to stay in as the weather was a total let down but we didn't care as we had our cosy caravan to cuddle up in with Pooches getting walkies just yards in lovely grassy woody area that backed onto fields. The view from the van is amazing we watched the storms roll in of the hills and over to Torquay. The bed double bed in the room is huge and so comfy with huge ensuite and tele in room and room is so warm and cosy. The lounge is massive with huge L shaped comfy sofa . And the shower room is just wow... you don't want to get out of the shower cause it's so big ..much bigger than ours at home. We really didn't want to go home ???? But all your Van's are in Beautiful spots as we had a good old nose round the site and on terrific spots . Thanks again John ford for providing a Beautiful luxury clean caravan. And such wonderful extremely helpful customer service. Hannah Dench and family.

John was very helpful in accommodating us in his lovely caravan at short notice from a Sunday to Saturday. He also took the time to advise us on the local area. The caravan was the best we have stayed in. It was very clean, well maintained, really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower has to be mentioned - a huge size cubicle and powerful. The kitchen had everything, even a full size under top freezer. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony area attached to the caravan admiring the views. We walked down and back to eat in town most nights. The walk back definitely works off the really good eating to be had in town. There is a bus service as previously mentioned. Note that the buses do stop running up to the site in the evening. However taxis from the Bus Station are reasonable at £4.30, this would be the same as the price of the bus fare for 2 of us so not expensive. We would definitely come back to Brixham and in particular to this caravan.
Thank you so much for such a nice and helpful review. We are sure enquiring customers will be well informed. We are glad you loved the area. We think it has a lot to offer, probably some of the best varied places to visit, certainly in the South West.Thank you again for your time.John.

We decided to book a last minute holiday and the owner was fantastic in accommodating us for the weekend, providing directions to the site and tips on where to explore Brixham. The caravan was spotless, had all of the equipment and utensils you'd come to expect along with a homely touch. The caravan is very spacious and has an amazing view of Brixham from the living room. The site entertainment was also great and our kids were very well entertained by the staff. We will definitely be going back in the not so distant future.
Thank you so much for your kind words.
