Third time of visiting this site and it never disappoints, but this is the first time I have stayed in Lisa's villa and I hope it won't be the last, I loved the whole of my stay there. The villa is perfect, every home comfort internally, superbly situated with views of the beach from the patio doors, large expanse of wrap around decking, perfect for any guests like myself who take their dog on holiday with them, Lisa very kindly left my Cairn Terrier Joe a bag of treats, also chocolates and biscuits for me???????? the perfect host. Thanks Lisa, hope to visit again in the not too distant future Carol and Joe ????????????????

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, would highly recommend others. The caravan was very welcoming, exceptionally clean, cosy and warm, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect with the beach in sight, host was so helpful with our booking and responded to emails quickly. Can’t fault our stay, and we look forward to returning again soon!

Just arrived home from a lovely relaxing break at Pevensey Bay. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our little break, even down to dog bowls, a dog towel and treats for our little dog. Lisa was great at communicating and the whole booking experience was easy. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Had a great family holiday. Lisa was quick to answer all our questions, the caravan was easy to find and fully equipped for a homely stay right next to the beach. The teen enjoyed the skateparks nearby and the dogs were happy to be included too.

What a lovely stay in a lovely caravan. The location was so peaceful and relaxing where we enjoyed sitting on the decking enjoying a wine or two. The communication we had from Lisa couldn't be faulted and if we contacted her with a problem she was very quick to sort out. I would highly recommend this caravan to other people however I don't want to say this as I want to re-book:-) Many thanks for a much needed break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long stay! Lisa was a great host that was extremely accommodating. When we had concerns or requests she was quick to react and made sure that our stay was a comfortable one. Everything we needed was available in the caravan and we were able to enjoy and relax. It was our home away from home and we look forward to staying here again! Thanks for everything!

We had a brilliant weekend getaway with our three grandchildren. We loved that the caravan was so cosy and right on the beach. We could hear the waves at night. We loved the swimming pool which was open all day long and the changing facilities made it very easy to manage three children. Pevensey village is an easy walk and we twice used the diner run by an Indian family. They were so welcoming and the food was good and excellent value. There is a store in the village or a huge Asda a short and very easy drive away. We were very fortunate to be able to use the caravan all day on the Friday and the Monday making this an even better value break. The only difficulty I had was creating meals with the limited pots and utensils provided although I was delighted that essentials like foil, salt pepper tea coffee etc. were there in good supply. We will all remember very fondly our time spent in this lovely caravan at pevansey bay.

This was everything we wanted and more. The owner made are rental process a delight. She even left us a lively card and chocolates to begin our stay. The caravan was totally immaculate and it was a hassle free holiday. A stone through away from the beach which all the family enjoyed. The weather was on our side also which was an extra bonus. I highly recommend, you would not be disappointed. I will most definitely return back again for a well and truely great holiday. Caravan sight also has great facilities. By far this was the best caravan holiday we've had ! Situated right on the beach edge, the site was extremely well kept. The area is extremely dog friendly if you are a responsible dog owner ! The reception and staff were efficient and most helpful. The caravan is well equipped and comfortable throughout. Just what we wanted, a place we could just enter and then chill out ! The interior is tastefully furnished throughout with the added bonus of being able to relax on the furnished patio. The shower was every bit as good as ours at home, as was the bed. Coby'n'Louie were immediately at home with their new surroundings and the site was perfect for all responsible dog owners. Thank you one again Lisa.....as the saying goes...."I'll be back" !

All questions and communications answered very promptly and felt like valued customers. Caravan very homely and my family felt very relaxed staying here. Only down side is the free space available in master bedroom purely because I have a small baby requiring use of travel cot which wouldn't fit but was able to use pram as Moses basket. Lots of common space and lovely sitting out on the deck in evening with fairy lights. Park is lovely relaxing setting with good facilties on offer too.

We spent almost a month in the caravan, weather-pretty cold caravan lovely and warm, extremely comfortable, good shower, ideally situated. Great touch by the owner Lisa there was a bottle of wine and card wishing us a happy holiday. She also checked we were all ok during our stay.

This was a lovely cosy caravan. Excellent customer service. Great location and facilities. Very relaxing holiday, and the owner was so helpful and kind. All in all a fabulous stay. Only bad thing- that we had to come home!

This is a real "home from home" caravan! We enjoyed one of the best holidays here. Everything we wanted and more! Comfortable beds, and seating area a lovely veranda for evenings to sit outside. The shower was fabulous. All in all the best caravan we have ever rented. We are coming back next year. The entertainment on site is good a little walk to the beach Thank you Lisa!
