Holiday Home Facilities
Many new appliances have been purchased in September 2015, including a new fridge, kettle, toaster, radio and TV with built in DVD player. We have also added, due to popular requests, an iron and ironing board for your use and convenience and there is also a hair dryer in the master bedroom.
We are now closed for the winter, but we are still available to take enquiries and bookings for next season.

Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable £75.00 deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. The total balance of your booking must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
3. A refundable security bond of £50 is required which is returned to you on completion of your holiday, provided that the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition without any damage at the end of your stay.
4. Arrival is after 2.30pm and departure is by 10am.
5. Upon your arrival at Cala Gran Holiday Village you may collect the caravan keys from the key safe. These keys must be returned back into the safe upon departure.
6. As our cleaner needs to ensure that the holiday home is ready on time for our next guest, charges of £25 per hour (or part hour) will be made for keys returned later to the key safe.
7. All quoted and advertised prices are for up to 6 people.
Only persons on the above booking form and in possession of valid Haven
“FunWorks” passes are entitled to stay in our holiday home and on Haven’s site
d. Persons found not to be registered will be asked to leave the holiday home and

1. A £75.00 per non-refundable deposit is payable to confirm the booking
2. The balance of the booking is due 6 weeks before the booking date
3. Failure to pay the balance by this date may mean that you lose the booking and your
4. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
36 to 42 days before booking date – 50% of booking fee
29 to 35 days before booking date – 60% of booking fee
22 to 28 days before booking date – 70% of booking fee
15 to 21 days before booking date – 80% of booking fee
8 to 14 days before booking date – 90% of booking fee
0 to 7 days before booking date – 100% of booking fee
Return of Security Bond
The security bond is refundable in full via a BACS payment, within 7 days of the end of your booking, provided that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition as per the instructions provided and no breakages or soiling has occurred.
For breakages, missing items etc, the following charges will be deducted from the bond:
Remote controls £20.00
Electrical equipment replacement cost up to £50
Crockery and cutlery £2.00 per item
Stains to carpets etc £25 per stain
Soiled bedding £15 per item
Soiled mattress £50
Any other damaged item replacement cost up to £50
Any other missing item replacement cost up to £50
Offensive odours from bed wetting not reported to us £50 to deep clean the caravan
Any signs or smells of smoking within the caravan £50 to deep clean the caravan
Please note, that if you are bringing younger children to the caravan, where there is a chance of
bed-wetting, please observe the following:
We recommend that you bring spare bedding changes as only one set of bedding per bed
will be provided per stay
We advise you to bring waterproof mattress covers for your children’s beds
To avoid any soiling charge being taken from your bond, please wash and dry and soiled
sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers at the launderette on site
Please advise us by text of any soiling to duvets or mattresses, so that we can replace
these before the next guest uses the caravan.

The restaurant, bar, arcade and showbar require the purchase of a Funpass to access them at night.There are excellent shows at night ranging from kids entertainment, bingo, quizzes, live acts and bands and disco.
