6 berth, 3 bedroom luxury caravan.The caravan has full central heating and double glazing. The caravan has two double bedrooms and a twin room and sleeps up to 6 people. It has a separate toilet with sink, and large shower unit with a vanity unit and sink.
The lounge is spacious with a large television, sky box (just bring your own card) dvd and video player in living room. The kitchen has a George foreman grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge freezer as well as a new (2017) cooker. A small compact table for meals that seats 4 people is located in a dinning area

There a decking area with ramp outside the door. There is a table with 2 chairs located on the decking as well as a wooden 2 seating area at the side of the decking. As well as a grassed area ideal for young children to play. There is a large concrete parking area to the rear.
Children room has a small portable dvd player. There is a hair dryer and straighteners and a safe in the master bedroom. All bedding is supplied with beds made up on arrival.

Extras if required please request when booking: (6 bath sheets 2 hand towels 2 tea towels extra £15)
(1 bottle of washing up liquid, 1 toilet cleaner ,1 multi service cleaner 1 bathroom cleaner and 1 toilet roll along with cloths extra £2.50)

A non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings with full payment due four weeks before holiday commencement.
A damage waiver deposit of £50 will be required with the balance for the holiday which will be refunded when the keys are returned at the end of your holiday after we have checked the caravan.

There is live entertainment in the show-bar on Marton Mere Holiday Park with many top class acts. The boathouse is a restaurant and has many large screens TV’s and shows most sport events. Karaoke is available in the boathouse on weekends until 2am.

Marton Mere Holiday Park has plenty for the family to do both on and off site. Stanley Park with its model village is 20 minutes walk with Blackpool Zoo around 25 minute walk away. There is an on-site bus service direct to Blackpool centre. A taxi firm do set fares to certain major attractions.
There is a local shop, chippy and a laundreette on site if you require them.
