This holiday home is so much more than you would expect. High spec furnishings and appliances. King size bed. 3ft beds in the twin room, bath in the ensuite and a dressing room. Spotlessly clean. Close attention to all the details you need from a luxury caravan. The sea view is the icing on the cake. This has to be the most luxurious and biggest caravan we have stayed in, excellent furnishings ,the beds were proper size beds and were super comfortable ,the sea view was amazing ,everything you could possibly need is in the caravan,Pat is a very friendly host and was on hand if we needed her, tried to re book for the same time next year and its already booked up, which is no surprise, thank you again Pat.

We travelled with a relative three of us mature people stayed in a wonderful caravan with lots of facilities is Nothing More you could wish for very luxurious lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Would certainly reebook Owner very friendlyand helpful.

Thank you for review, Lovely guest's, they left my caravan beautiful, and are very welcome to come back. The price for 1 week was £350 less than Haven would have charged for a Platinum, however my caravan is a Platinum Plus and on par with a lodge due to the size.

As we promised last year, we have just been back to Pats van (which is her new one). Just as good as the last one with the king sized bed and the 2 full 3 foot singles, but with some clever improvements and the new bigger veranda. Being a platinum rated and 14 x 42 foot theres loads of room and 2 very comfy settees. Its good to have the personal touch Pat provides as she is there to meet and greet, then sees you off when leaving. Great week and the weather was kind to us as well. :>) See you again next month Pat !! and take care.

Pat was at the van to meet and greet and fill us in on everything we needed to know. We felt really at home straight away. More than enough room and comfy beds along with all the bits and pieces needed for cooking etc. Not many vans for hire have a king size bed plus 2 x 3ft singles. Real value for money, as you could spend a lot more on other parts of the site and not have the peace and quiet with the view, plus the size. We will be back next year and look forward to staying in Pats new van, which is on the same plot as she has now but an even larger and newer model. We have stayed at Hopton for many years in different vans, but we wont be looking any further than Pats lovely quiet van, with the view, in the future. See the new pictures.

What a lovely owner Pat is, her caravan was spotless with everything you could possibly need provided. Pat was very welcoming and showed us where everything was. The varavan is in a superb position with fantastic views. We do a lot of walking so it was perfect for us. We are in the process of rebooking for 2019, plus family members have also booked for next year as well Very highly reommended. Thank you very much Pat, we really enjoyed our break away.

We've stayed in many caravans /mobile homes over the years & this was one of our favourites. Spotless throughout, Pat the owner has thought of everything to make it a real home from home & it's fully equipped with everything you need. Fabulous location overlooking the sea. We can't wait to return & have already recommended Pats caravan to some of our friends.

We were the first to stay here out of luck rather than design. A lovely caravan and fantastic location on the sea front. You won't get a better caravan at Hopton!
