The caravan is available to rent on a weekly basis from May through to September. Prices shown are for 7 night breaks. A deposit of 25% is required when booking in advance, with full payment no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any bookings within 1 month of the date requires payment in full at the time of booking.

Owner Description

Our luxury BK Bluebird caprice caravan is situated on a quiet part of the prestigious warren point development in Dawlish Warren.

The caravan has one double bedroom with on suite and one twin. There is A 32inch flat screen television with DVD player, and a DAB radio.

The double glazed centrally heated caravan has patio door's with views towards a lovely wooded area and beyond with sea glimpses. There is a large private garden area to the left of the caravan that catches the sun almost all day, sun loungers are provided.

Dawlish warren has a selection of pubs serving excellent food and ale. Should you wish to travel a little further Exeter city and quay are only 15 min away by train and Torquay is 25 min in the opposite direction. There are bus stops just outside the park entrance serving the south west.

Oakcliff park has an outdoor pool and children's play area, or should you fancy the full holiday park entertainment experience lady's mile is approximately a 10/15 min walk away with all the on site facility's shown.

Just got back from our week stay. Had a fantastic holiday. My first holiday on my own with my children and I couldn't have asked for more. The caravan was perfect for us with lots of extras to make our stay easy. We didnt have our own transport but the train service was fabulous. Lots of places within easy reach if you want a day out or plenty to do within easy walking distance. The Mount Pleasant pub (2 min walk) serves good food with fab views. Michelle went out of her way to provide everything we needed so thank you so much. Highly recommended and hope to return next year.

We are a Family with Young Children...The caravan was Fantasic and in a great position on the site with Everything that you could wish for.... As for Dawlish warren we found it Brilliant for kids and great for adults (plenty of pubs and places to eat ) Overall we would recommend to friends and relatives ...so easy to arrange with the owner, Michelle was Brilliant and very lovely to deal with...
