Lounge - Modern style with contemporary colours includes three piece suite with a love seat, scatter cushions and footstool, flat screen TV/DVD, coffee table, electric log burner effect fire with feature fire surround, low level TV/storage unit, single sliding patio door and a bay window looking out to the sea.
Kitchen/Dining area - Designed to a high standard with modern appliances including gas cooker, separate 4 burner hob with extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, larder cupboard, plenty of worktop and cupboard space with a fantastic modern island in the centre with storage and bar stools, separate dining table with chairs and welsh dresser.
Bedrooms - The accommodation has 3 bedrooms - The main bedroom which is very spacious has a king size bed with lift up storage system, upholstered headboard, bedside cabinets, power sockets with USB, walk-in wardrobe, TV/DVD, mirrored dressing table with stool and en-suite with a quad shower enclosure and thermostatic shower, vanity unit with basin and toilet. There are a further 2 bedrooms which have twin beds, these are full size 3ft singles, TV/DVD, power sockets with USB, fitted wardrobes and cupboards all designed to the highest specification. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and bed linen.
Bathroom - Luxury bathroom has a fully fitted bath with overhead shower, toilet and modern sink mounted on a vanity unit with plenty of cupboard space for towels and toiletries.
Utility Room - Entrance door to the lodge with storage cupboards, stainless steel sink, washing machine/dryer, coat hooks and bench seating.
Sun Veranda - Large south facing wrap around decking area all with fitted clear view panels giving spectacular views over the bay and coast line. There is also access for wheelchairs.
Parking - There is ample parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.
Bed linen is supplied free of charge and beds are made prior to your arrival. Travel cots, high chairs and bed guards can be hired from the Haven hire shop. Please bring your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc.
Please note that there is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.
