Our caravan is a Swift Chamonix, it is located on Ocean View at Reighton Sands and is a really nice, quiet part of the park with gorgeous sea views over Filey Bay. Our Platinum grade caravan has 2 bedrooms (a king and a twin) We have a LED television on the wall and plenty of seating, we have a large veranda with table and chairs, Reighton Sands is a quiet site with lots to do for all ages, the caravan is a 5-6 minute walk from the main complex and the shop. It has central heating and double glazing throughout.

The king size bedroom has a wardrobe and cupboard space and an en suite toilet, it also has a hairdryer with a dressing table and mirror the twin bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobes and cupboards.

It has a spacious Kitchen area with lots of cupboard and shelving space is fully equipped with gas oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, kettle and toaster it has a built in fridge freezer, all cutlery, crockery, plates, pots and pans.

The Lounge area has adequate sofa's with a LED TV with built-in Free view, electric fire and dining area. The shower room has a toilet in and a wash basin and there is also a separate en suite toilet with another hand basin in.

Water, Gas and Electric are included in the price. No Smoking is allowed in the caravan, however you may smoke outside the caravan. There's an iron and ironing board for you to use also a vacuum cleaner should you need it.

We have a key safe at the caravan which we use to give you the keys so there is no need to wait in the queues at reception for them. We give you the pin number for it just before your holiday and the code is changed regularly.

To secure a booking, a £50 non refundable deposit which comes off the balance plus a refundable £100 security bond which returned within 7 days of leaving the caravan providing the caravan is left as it's found. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
