Owner Description

Thank you for looking at our beautiful privately owned ABI Roxbury family caravan. It is sited on a spacious plot which is less then a 8 minute walk to all the fantastic amenities that Lakeland has to offer. It is West facing and catches the sunshine all through the day and evening.

It has all the facilities you would need to make your stay comfortable and fun. It has a very comfortable lounge with modern electric fire, two bathrooms, one with a shower, three bedrooms, two twin rooms and one double, all have radiators all have wardrobe space.

If you're looking to book a caravan, look no further . This is the one to book. It is outrageously clean, dustless and spotless. Elaine and Mark were wonderful in answering all of my enquiries, and the instructions to the caravan site were clear and concise. Cell signal is hard to get(I was using 3), which was a good thing in some ways, instead of being glued to our phones we had great conversations and laughter filled the caravan constantly. Fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware. The caravan was well insulated, we hardly had to turn on the radiator at all. I loved it so much so that I plan to own one in the future! I can't say enough good things about this place. And I hope whoever books it feels the same way too.

Having rented many caravans in central and northern Lake District we were keen to discover The Southern Lakes. We are a mature couple, whose children have flown the nest so take many short breaks. Upon arriving at this caravan we were delighted by the spacious area outside and the tarmaced drive, particularly helpful for us, as I currently suffer walking disabilities, would also be brilliant for those with buggies and small children. The van was light, spacious, immaculate and believe me I am a fuss pot when it comes to cleanliness. It had a nice dining area, apart from the sofas which meant we were able to have a meal at a table instead of on our laps. Everything in the caravan worked, there was not one faulty item. We were toasty and warm, despite it being early in the season. A big bonus point was it had two bathrooms, allowing the luxury of a "his" & "hers". The bedding was spotless, in fact the entire caravan smelt nice and pleasant. We hope to book this caravan again to take our Grandchildren with us, we know they would love playing on the amazing site facilities and enjoy the pool area. Perhaps one of the best positioned caravans on this site, not far to all amenities and also far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Finally, booking was easy and had the personal touch, even being texted upon arrival to make sure we were in safe and had a safe journey. Could not fault in anyway.
