We had a lovely time, caravan was well equipped, what I really loved about the caravan it wasn't overloaded with owners personal stuff, it felt fresh and clean, as we went in Oct the club was only open at wk-ends, but there is a lovely little pub 5 min walk away

Owner Feedback

Thank you Vivien for your review, I am so pleased you enjoyed your short break. Yes at quiet times the club only opens at weekends, however the food is excellent when it is open. The White House pub across the road is also to be recommended as you say. Kind regards Carole

A lovely home from home caravan which is very comfortable, we enjoyed the odd glass of wine sitting on the decking with our books, once the little one was safely tucked up in bed. Our 6 year old definitely thought the bath was a big hit. The games compendium in the kitchen bottom drawer was a great hit and as a family we enjoyed playing Ludo and Snakes and Ladders on an evening. The actual site is central for so many things to see and do. We enjoyed walking into Conwy on the coastal path. Llandudno is only 10 minutes’ drive away and Bangor 20 minutes’ drive away. With so many places of interest and beautiful scenery to see we ran out of time to do everything. The brochures in the caravan were really useful for planning great days out. We would definitely look at coming back next year, we couldn’t have asked for a more spacious, comfortable homely caravan. We only gave you a 9 for "Value for Money" as my husband is a careful Yorkshireman!

Very spacious and comfortable caravan, it was certainly the best we have ever rented. Immaculately clean with all the facilities needed for a caravan holiday. There is a comprehensive folder containing all the information about the caravan, the site facilities, shops and local ammenities, plus a large selection of tourist information leaflets. Looking forward to another stay, definitely a 10 all round from us.

This caravan has everything you need for a comfortable home from home holiday. It's light and bright, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable (loved the king sized bed). To have a bath as well as two showers was a bonus as our girls prefer a bath. The beds are made up for you which is great as all you need to do is unpack and relax. I would definitely recommend a stay in this caravan, it's in a good position on a lovely site.

We love this caravan and have stayed here several times now! It is always immaculate and you know as soon as you step inside that it is a modern, high spec caravan. It is much more spacious than other caravans with lots of storage, ensuite, bath, separate shower room, raised dining area with skylights and a lovely outside decking area. The owner, Carole, is always friendly and easy to contact and has tried to think of everything you could possibly need during your stay. She provides lovely fresh bedding so no need to make up any beds!, a folder full of information about the caravan and the local area, a fully equipped kitchen which even has a vegetable steamer! We highly recommend this caravan for a luxurious stay in beautiful surroundings within easy travelling distance of Llandudno and many other local attractions.

We stayed in this caravan for a long weekend in June, four people in total. From arriving at the site we were more than impressed. The caravan was so modern, absolutely spotless, so big with all inventory found in the caravan. The check in process couldn't have been better from picking up the keys to having our £50 deposit being refunded so promptly. The actual plot of the caravan is amazing, you couldn't ask for more sitting on the veranda with the views and how peaceful it is. We also walked around the site to look at other caravans and this caravan is clearly one of the best. Actual Location of the site is also great with allowing you to visit Conwy and Llandudno so easily which are both beautiful days out. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was incredible-compliments to the chef! Overall not one negative comment (apart from not wanting to go home) only positives. We wouldn't stay in another caravan now and we loved it that much two days into our stay we booked another weekend- we can't wait to go back!! If you are looking for a lovely, immaculate caravan for excellent value for money then only stay in this caravan.
