Family With Young Children

Date of stay - 28 Jun 2019 - 1 Jul 2019

The lodge is beautiful and is on a lovely plot with a stunning view. There is plenty of storage space in the lodge. The setting is so peaceful, and only a short walk to the main complex. The lodge could be cleaner, we had to clean the kitchen before we used it. Also could be going with some tlc as quite a few bulbs have blown etc. However, saying that we would return in a heartbeat. Many thanks

Had a lovely stay with our daughter and grandchildren. The lodge had a few niggles, there is no where to hang towels after showing and no where outside to hang anything to dry ie: swim wear. There is a washing machine but no where to hang your clothes to dry. The bedrooms need blinds as you have to close the curtains when you are getting dressed or undressed. The lodge is in an excellent position overlooking the lake and it was lovely waking up to the ducks and swans. Although the lodge was clean, it could have been cleaner. All in all good stay.

Hi Sally, Thank you for your review. Apologies as we did not realise that the clothes dryer was missing from the lodge and has since been replaced. Kind Regards, Marion

Booked this caravan for my family's summer break. Really great value. Much less expensive than other available options. Booking was easy and owner was quick to reply via email. Payment was made safely via PayPal. Check in was quick and easy. Caravan was clean on arrival and beds were all made up. Caravan was spacious and had all the basics we needed. Also Cental heated throughout. Location was good, just about a 7 minute walk from the main complex. I would definitely book this caravan again.
