The caravan is situated on the Park Dean Resorts, Summerfields Holiday site in Scratby, just 5 miles away from the buzzing seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, with only a short walk to the nearby sandy beaches. Caister-on-Sea & Hemsby are just two miles away with their own beautiful beaches, arcades, gift shops and fun fair. You can walk to Hemsby via the beach path in 20 minutes, Caister will take you a little longer along the beach.
Summerfields provide a fun packed holiday for all the family, with on-site amusements, mini bowling, soft play area for the under 5s, kids club for the 5-11 year olds, nightly cash bingo (paying out jackpots of over £10,000) and a full entertainment programme.
All gas, electric and water are included in the price of your holiday. All pillows and quilts are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, i.e. sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers etc, however, if you would prefer we can offer you a bed linen pack to have the beds made up for your arrival for £20. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday for upto 8 guests, you will need to bring towels, T towels and any other personal essentials.
If you wish to use the park facilities ie: swimming pool, clubhouse, kids club you will require entertainment passes which can be purchased from reception on arrival at £5 per adult and £3 per child per break.
Bookings will only be accepted for Family’s, over 25's. Single sex groups are not permitted. Pets will be considered at the discretion of the owner, which will depend on how many are staying and the size of the pet.

Very spacious, comfortable and homely caravan on a clean and tidy site. Well equipped with everything you need for a holiday whatever the wweather and lovely, enclosed veranda which is a real sun trap and great for the kids. Booking direct with the owner was easy and hassle free also very contactable and responded quickly to calls or emails. Deposit promptly refunded after holiday too. Highly recommended and would definitely book again.

Had a brilliant time in the caravan and on the site. The facilities and entertainment were great as were the caravan stocked with the little essentials you need to get you going(tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc) Communication between us over email was quick and helpful. A pleasure to use and would visit again in the same caravan.

It is the second time we have hired this off Phill and Debbie, it is a lovely caravan very private with no one looking directly into your living space. It has a lovely veranda that is lovely To sit on with a glass wine on an evening. The site is well looked after and the staff there are extremely helpful and serviceable. I have two dogs and there is a lovely field to exercise them. We are going again next year, I would really recommend this to anyone.

We booked to stay here with our two dogs and were very surprised with the cleaniness and thoughtfulness of the owners. All essentials were provided, on the understanding that they were replaced if used. The owners were very helpful and friendly when booking. Slightly expensive but definitely worth paying a bit extra. We will definitely be staying again as we did not have enough time to explore all of the beautiful surroundings. Thanks very much :)
