Owner Description
Caravan is situated within Troon at the Golf Village of Haggerston Castle. There are only sixteen caravans within this quiet cul-de-sac with views overlooking the new golf holes. Troon is close to the golf club, crazy golf and cafe where great homemade food is served all day. There is also two children's outdoor play areas situated within the Golf Village together with an eat as much as you like Chinese buffet restaurant.
Caravan consists of lounge, well fitted kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, toilet and shower room. Lounge has electric flame fire with 23" free-view TV/DVD. Caravan also boasts central heating and double glazing.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but please bring your own quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases. Great outside patio area with table and chairs. There is also a ramp for disabled access and decking area for relaxing in the sun.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY AT OWNER'S DISCRETION.
Please note that you can obtain access to the caravan from 3pm onwards on day of arrival. Please depart by 10am on day of departure.
Passes for complex can be purchased from reception.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN CARAVAN IS 6 PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THE OCCUPANCY OTHERWISE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
PLEASE ALSO LEAVE THE CARAVAN AS CLEAN AND TIDY AS YOU FIND IT.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE LEAD GUEST IE THE PERSON BOOKING THE CARAVAN MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE. THE LEAD GUEST MUST ALSO BE STAYING AT THE CARAVAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HEN OR STAG PARTIES.
