A platinum rated 3 bed caravan that sleeps up to 8 people when using the pull out sofa bed. This quintessential farmhouse-style holiday home has a welcoming lounge with both a two and three-seater sofa which features a signature recessed front bay. The rustic kitchen has traditional cream cabinets and the adjoining dining area features a free-standing dining table with four upholstered chairs to match. The main bedroom has an en‑suite WC and wash basins in addition to the master bathroom with shower.

The caravan has gas central heating in addition to an electric flame effect heater in the lounge, there is double glazing through out and the walls have also got extra insulation to keep you nice and warm through the night. The kitchen has a built in microwave oven and 4 ring gas hob and oven. The lounge has a 40" TV with free view and a DVD player, through the patio doors there's a decking area with table, chairs and bbq, you're also able to park immediately outside the caravan on a private driveway.

Travel cot, high chair and entertainment passes are provided as standard with this booking.

All towels and bedding will be provided with bed making service, complimentary tea and coffee will be provided so you won't have to run out to the shops immediately on arrival, bin bags, toilet rolls and tea towels will also be provided.

Would recommend this van to anyone who enjoys the comforts of home. Not having transport, the bus stop outside was very convenient, as was the station inside the complex. Alan was very helpful with any queries I had and booking was simple. Hope to return next year. Shirley & Michael Hewitt

We were visiting family who live nearby , for Christmas ..therefore the fact that the pool and entertainment was closed did not matter to us .. The caravan was absolutely perfect for us ..furnished and equipped to a very high standard ..everything we needed with excellent heating , hot water etc ..never a cold shower ....! I would highly recommend staying here and dealing with Alan was a pleasure , he answered every query I had , and explained everything thoroughly... No complaints whatsoever

Alan was a pleasure to deal with answering all of my enquiries very promptly. The caravan is exactly as shown in the photographs beautifully decorated to a very high standard, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is excellent in a very quiet spot but near to the entrance and the entertainment complex. You really could live in this caravan and if it were mine I would very reluctant to hire it out but I'm very glad Alan did.
