Our caravan is situated on the Beach front in a quiet corner of the Kessingland Beach Park Resort. Situated on the beach edge with stunning sunrises and sunsets as a norm, only a few miles from Lowestoft this is one of the most easterly points in the UK, the panoramic sea views are also equally stunning. Kessingland Beach is very peaceful off season and the local area has many restaurants and pubs to offer. In peak season this is an ideal base for discovering the area with its many local activities and days out.

With three bedrooms, one master with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a wall mounted 22" DTV, the second and third bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe in each. The lounge / dining area is open plan with a 42" DTV and a high quality fold out double bed if required. The shower room consists of (obviously) a shower, toilet and sink and a second separate toilet for convenience.
Our caravan is double glazed with gas central heating.

You will need to supply your own Towels, Tea towels, washing up liquid, toiletries and kitchen/toilet rolls and bed linen. All cooking and kitchen utensils are provided including microwave, toaster and kettle. Clean bed linen and made up beds can be included if required at a small additional cost. Children's cots and high chair are also available (subject to availability) - please call for details.

On site the resort offers a Grocery shop which stocks most essential items, fish & chip take away, restaurant/pub and within walking distance from the main gate is a cosy traditional pub 'The Sailor's Home' serving home made 'pub grub' in a friendly easy atmosphere, dog friendly too! There is also the Waterfront Restaurant for your fine dinning needs or for that special occasion, although booking a must!

Nearby in Kessingland Village there are local shops for all your basic essentials or just a 10 minute drive away is a Morrison's Super store with nearby fast food Restaurants and shopping.

Although Entertainment passes are available it is not essential if you do not want children's entertainment, evening cabaret or Swimming pool; prices start from around £40 low season to £52 high season for a week pass for a group of up to 6, including children. Passes are available from the Resort Reception on a daily or weekly basis. Site wide WIFI is available at additional cost.

Although this resort has a 12 month season no on site entertainment or facilities are available between November and March which makes this an ideal base for exploration of the Suffolk/Norfolk countryside.
