This Stunning Lodge fitted with a large enclosed veranda offering outstanding views of the Snowdonia mountain range in the distance. The veranda has patio table chairs, loungers, enabling you to sit back and relax with a bottle of wine and soak up the sun. There is a lower grassed patio area with table and chairs suitable for a BQ. All amenities are within a 10 minutes walk and the sandy beaches are just a short stroll away along with the headland.

The Unit has three large bedrooms, the master with a kingsize bed,ensuite,shower room,toilet, vanity sink, wardrobe, wall mounted TV. The twin bedroom with two full size single beds, wardrobe wall mounted TV and the third bedroom offers freestanding full size single bunk beds wardrobe, wall mounted TV. All pillows and duvets are provided but you have to bring your own sheets pillowcases, duvet covers and towels.

The family bathroom consists of bath and overhead shower, toilet and vanity sink,shaver socket, mirrored cabinet . This generously proportioned plantation home makes a perfect family retreat to unpack, unwind and relax.

The kitchen is fully fitted with gas oven, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. All cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses and utensils are provided.

The open plan lounge/dining features double opening French doors and a large window that give in a natural light and with the exposed roof beams they provide a light airy feeling. The dining area has a extending table with six upholstered chairs. The lounge a three seater and a further two seater settee, coffee table, wall mounted large screen Freeview HD TV, DVD player, real flame effect fire. The fitted french doors lead to the front aspect and outside decking area.

All gas, electric is included in the price of your holiday; there is a full inventory of plates, cups and glasses, cutlery etc. We regret to say that no smoking and no pets are allowed in our home. The park rules state that all male or female parties, or parties under the age of 21 are not permitted. (PARK RULES)

PLEASE NOTE PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE LODGE. These can be purchased from reception and a form will be available for you to complete in order for you to purchase them.

Security bond will be refunded within a two weeks of departure following satifactory inspection on the unit and (Booking Conditions being met )
All weekly bookings are negotiable and subject to availability

We also have available short breaks; weekends (Fri-Mon) and midweek (Mon-Fri) on selected weeks please contact us for further information. Ask about are special rates for Senior Citizens.
