Towervans Holiday Park is a family friendly holiday park. Only 10 mins from the award winning golden beach. Nice relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind after the day from visiting all that Mablethorpe has to offer on the veranda with patio chairs/table. Skegness/Ingoldmells is only a short drive away so good for days out but close enough to return to the tranquil bliss of the caravan. The on-site Tavern has live entertainment, Bingo and Karaoke all through the season. The Sunday Carvery is excellent but books fast so get your bid in early.
£50 security deposit is required on top of your holiday total, but this will be returned to you within 10 days of your holiday finishing, if the caravan keys are handed back to reception, caravan is left clean/ tidy and undamaged including the veranda.
*UPON COLLECTION OF THE CARAVAN KEYS AT RECEPTION, THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR A £20 CASH DEPOSIT FOR THE HANDOVER OF THE KEYS, THIS OF COURSE WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY ONCE YOU HAVE RETURNED THE CARAVAN KEYS TO RECEPTION. *

About the caravan
ABI HATHAWAY 2004
36 X12 with veranda and gates
Double glazed and central heated to keep you nice and toasty during the cooler days/nights.
A nice roomy, comfy caravan with separate dinning area. Slight off set kitchen from walkway. Large L shape seating area in the front room
Bathroom with shower +3/4 size bath for the little ones. With toilet and basin. Bathroom is jack and jill style to the master bedroom.
Kitchen has all the usual things- plates/cutlery/pots/pans/steamer/kettle/toaster/ microwave etc
Dinning area has free standing table and chairs
There is also a travel cot and highchair already in the caravan. (Please bring own linen for cot) the cot does fit in the master/double bedroom.
This is a 2 bedroomed, 6 berth caravan. Therefore this is the maximum persons that can stay in the caravan, including babies/children.
The caravan has,1 double bed and 1 twin bedroom (single beds can be pushed together to form another double bed if required)
The lounge area also turns into a make up bed. (Pull out small double in sofa)
Tv is Freeview And a handful of games are in the cupboard
There is a windbreak in one of the wardrobes if your lucky to have nice weather during your stay to visit the lovely beach.
The caravan also has a small veranda for you to sit outside and unwind with the patio table and chairs.
*£50 deposit paid, per week or per break booked, will secure your holiday dates, this must be received within 7days of provisionally booking, if no deposit is received within 7days of provisionally booking, the dates will be released
*Any monies we receive, we send a receipt and letter of confirmation for the booking. We also inform you of when we have received your payment, either via phone call/text/email, so peace of mind that is has arrived safely.
*DOGS*
We do allow Small/medium size dogs(no bigger than a springer size) as long as they are:
* house trained and well behaved, and do not sleep on the beds / sofas.
*Please bring your own dog bedding and covers for the sofas to minimize hairs on sofas.
*People who choose not to use coverings, may be billed for a deeper clean of the caravan to remove dog hairs or lose part of their security deposit which will be used for the deeper clean. And please do not let them sleep on the beds and sofas.
*NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BEDROOMS AT ANY POINT DURING YOUR HOLIDAY.
*Maximum of 2 dogs per caravan are allowed at any point during your holiday.
*DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY POINT DURING YOUR HOLIDAY, EVEN IF THEY ARE IN A DOG CAGE. THIS IS TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE/SOILING IN THE CARAVAN. DOGS CONTINUOUSLY BARKING AND ANOYING/UPSETTING THE NEIGHBOURS. ALSO TO STOP THE DOGS OVERHEATING IN THE WARMER WEATHER. (Just popping to the onsite Tavern for afew drinks or food is of course acceptable, just not for long periods or all day)
*At this stage we do not charge for dogs to go on their holidays with their owners in any of our caravans.
Short breaks are available during off peak season ( from 21st July til 1st Sept are peak season.).We also only hire our caravans for sat -sat week bookings during this period also. We hire our caravans for a minimum of 3 nights - longer periods, up to 28 nights. Please enquire for a quote for long stays as these do get discounts.
