Par Beach Caravans are privately owned and let within the beautiful Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park complex which is owned by Park Leisure 2000 Ltd. The Park is open from January until December and is located with in a stones throw of the beach with its fine sands and safe bathing.

Nearby is the world famous Eden Project, a little further is the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Lanhydrock Estate with it fine house and gardens.

If you are a keen walker you can enjoy the Cornish Coastal Footpaths which cross the park taking you to the picturesque village of Polkerris and on to the beautiful harbour town of Fowey, in the other direction Carlyon Bay with its stunning views of the coast and shoreline, further will bring you to Charestown and the tall ships.

Everything You Need To Know -

Returning Customers:

Returning Customers are entitled to a £50 off all full week booked. Bookings must be received before the 1st April 2021

Short Breaks:

3 Nights Friday/Monday and 4 Nights Monday/Friday for availability please telephone

Included:

One free car pass, all gas, electricity and use of swimming pool

Dogs:

Pets are welcome in some caravans and are charged at £35 per week or part week

Deposit:

A deposit of £50.00 per week is required, Please make cheque’s payable to Mrs Mary Giles

Please note that only a deposit secures a booking, a deposit from a telephone booking must be received within seven days and is not refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Account balances are payable twenty eight days in advance of your holiday or by other arrangement.

If unfortunately you need to cancel your booking please inform us four weeks in advance of your stay by telephone or email.

Keys:

Keys for your holiday home will be available from 3 PM on the day of arrival, on the day of departure please vacate your caravan by 10 AM.

If you are expecting to arrive late, please telephone me on 01726 63898 or 07880 534910 and other arrangements will be made for collection of your keys.

we had a lovely week in caravan D16 which was so clean we didnt need to clean anything when we got there which in some vans we have had to. we all found the park a very relaxing place which was right by woodland walks, beach, lake,village and a lovely pub with children's area plus one for grown ups to sit outside too. The Italian place is dog friendly and lovely to pop in with the children for a lovely ice cream. Will definitely be back
