Due to Covid 19 we will be adhering to government cleaning guidelines and to ensure the well being of our guests we will regularly be using a commercial fogging machine to deep clean all soft furnishings.

This spaciously modern 2013 double glazed, central heated caravan is huge measuring 38ft x 12ft and has one double and two twin bedrooms along with a double sofa bed in the lounge allowing it to sleep a maximum of 8 people in style and comfort.

The contemporary open plan lounge/diner has full height floor to ceiling windows and plenty of seating with its stylish sofas which incorporates a double sofa bed. Beneath the large wall mirror is a modern electric fire and we have installed a 32 inch TV/DVD with Freeview for your viewing pleasure.

The dinning area is opposite the open plan Kitchen and has a free standing table and six chairs whilst the Kitchen is very well appointed with its light Oak wall and base units and comes fully equipped with every modern convenience you will require to make your holiday as comfortable as possible including full oven & grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor hood, microwave, full size integrated fridge and separate integrated freezer, toaster, kettle and a complete cutlery and crockery inventory.

The large master bedroom with its own private en-suite has two bedside cabinets and overhead storage units with shelving. It also features a very nice dressing table area with mirror, chest of drawers and make up stool. The two twin bedrooms all feature matching storage units and every room has its own radiator and double glazed window.

This Swift Bordeaux benefits from a shower room with white sink and vanity unit above and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower it also has a separate WC.

We have chosen a fantastic South facing pitch on the Sycamores area of the park with its own private parking space right next to our large decked balcony and it is just a short stroll to the entertainment complex and all that this 4 star Parkdean Resorts Holiday Park has on offer.

Please note that in order to keep our prices as competitive as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels although we do supply all duvets and pillows including those for the sofa bed.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception if required.

Please note that Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park and so all guests must arrive by car or public transport.
