Owner Description

This caravan for hire is situated at Greenacres Holiday Park and is a 30 second walk from the beach.
The caravan is a brand new luxury beaumont 2018 model rated platinum by Haven it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. Outside the caravan there is parking space and a decking area for outdoor dining. Just a short distance from the park is the town of Porthmadog.

This caravan has an large open-plan lounge/diner with TV , freeview box and DVD player with a fully fitted kitchen including full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We have a microwave, large gas oven with 5 rings, pans and crockery, everything you will need for your stay. The caravan has a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have single beds one of which the beds can be pushed together to create a double, one of the bedrooms has a wall mounted tv/dvd player and the caravan is heated throughout by central heating. Both bathrooms have showers, toilet and sink with heated towel rails.


This caravan is a 8 berth van on Havens site, all prices for hire of this van are cheaper than Haven.

The plot is on Larch which is literally 2 mins walk to the beach! Outside the van is a new decking area with a table and 4 chairs for you to use.
We have a BBQ that is situated on a patio dining area to the side of the caravan can be used during your stay for an outdoor dining experience.
To the front of the van is a large grassed area, which is great for the children to play on safely with a excellent view from the lounge through the patio doors.


Additional information: Prices include gas, electricity, water. Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own linen ie duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and tea towels. You may also wish to bring a hair dryer!
For your safety there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in the caravan.
The caravan is fitted with an alarm.
We have a strictly NO SMOKING policy in the caravan along with no pets.

Check in times on Mondays or Fridays is from 2.30pm and check out is 10am. Guests are asked to leave the van as they find it, clean and tidy. There is a charge of £25 for cleaning of the caravan on your departure.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival, together with a refundable breakage bond of £100 which will be refunded when the keys are returned and the caravan checked for damage. Deposits will only be returned if the booking is cancelled before the 8 week cut off.

Prices do not include holiday passes these are bought directly from Haven.

I booked a break in the school holidays with my family. Caravan is stunning inside and out with a lovely decking area to sit out, it’s in a great location with stunning views of the mountains and a stones throw away from the beach. Naomi (owner) was very helpful and always there if we needed anything, bond paid back promptly when holiday was over. Will definitely book again. Thanks again Naomi.

Beautiful, immaculate caravan & very well equipped. Large master bedroom ensuite plus excellent size 2nd bedroom suitable for adults or children (with tv) also standard 3rd bedroom. lovely position as just few minutes to beach, a bonus if you have children. Very nice, safe decking area with furniture overlooking greenery. Washing machine, dishwasher & high chair if needed too. Cannot fault and have no hesitation in recommending. We will certainly book again. Naomi (owner) very helpful & friendly and made transaction very easy especially as we made a late booking.
