Owner Description

.Luxury platinum standard holiday home situated on the Co=op side of Golden sands Holiday park.

Welcome to our Luxury holiday home,
When you first enter the home through the floor to ceiling feature entrance door you enter the kitchen diner. The dining area has a walnut and glass dining table with 4 matching leather chairs for you to enjoy meals at during your stay, a radiator, over table light fitting and vertical blinds finish off the dining area.
You will find a fully fitted walnut and granite effect kitchen with lots of cupboard storage space. There is a built in gas oven and 5 burner gas hob with extract fan above, integrated dishwasher, microwave, Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, opti grill, and tableware ,cutlery for 4.
Heating is provided by a plinth heater below the sink
There is a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, plenty of lighting and a large kitchen window with integral blind.

From the Kitchen through the large sliding door you will find the separate lounge area with carpet and a comfortable suite with foot stools for you to get your feet up. At the front you will find a full width double glazed window with patio doors leading onto the outside deck area. windows have full length vertical blinds for your convenience.
There is a decorative remote control flame effect fire and fitted above a large flat screen TV.
Plenty of storage and you will find a C/D digital radio with Bluetooth connectivity on the display unit. dimmable and display lighting give a luxury feel to the lounge.

Opposite the lounge through the kitchen you find the hallway with coat hooks and lighting. The first door leads you into the family shower room fitted with a curved glass shower cubical with thermostatic mixer shower, feature basin, toilet with soft close seat, heated chrome towel rail and extract fan. there is a large mirror with built in lighting, wall unit, double glazed window and feature wooden blind.

The next room is the twin bedroom with 2 single beds, large wardrobe, range of drawers and cupboards, large mirror, double glazed window, radiator and flat screen TV /DVD mounted on the wall.

At the rear of the holiday home is the master bedroom suite.
This really is a luxury bedroom suite in the bedroom its self you will find a king size bed made up on your arrival with high quality bedding fitted units to the side and over the bed a dressing table area with mirror, lighting stool and drawers.
there is a large double glazed window with wooden blind, radiator and a wall mounted flat screen TV to watch while in bed.
The unique feature of the bedroom is the velux openable skylight window directly above the bed ideal for star gazing.

Also in the bedroom you will find the large walk in wardrobe with automatic lighting, inside you will find loads of storage and hanging space.
Also off the bedroom you will find the large en-suite Bathroom with P shaped shower bath complete with shower screen and over bath shower built in basin and toilet with soft close seat heated towel rail extract fan, double glazed window and wooden blind.

Outside is the "L" shaped upvc deck accessed from the kitchen door or the large lounge patio door. there is a table and 4 chairs on the front for alfresco dining or drinking and a bistro table and 2 chairs at the side for that morning coffee. there is a large parking area at the front for 2cars.

You are only a few meters walk from the beach access gate where you will find a large sandy beach, and the coastal walkway / cycle way which gives you flat level walking in both directions.

Golden sands Holiday park has lots of facilities including a Showbar with top quality entertainment, the sandpiper bar and restaurant, Amusement arcade, take away, launderette, shop , indoor and out door play areas, and a swimming pool complex Bingo and Kids Club

Beds will be made up prior to your arrival and Keys can be obtained from reception from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival
and to be returned to reception by 10.00 am on the day of your departure

Dogs are only allowed on site if registered to the owner, please do not bring your dog with you as you will be asked to take it off site or to end your holiday, site security do check!!
