Description

Description

Our caravan overlooks the stunning St Andrews East Sands Bay and harbour, (look out for the dolphins). On the large decking area there is a patio furniture set along with a table, parasol and 4 chairs to help you enjoy the stunning East Sands view. The caravan is double glazed with a gas fire and gas central heating so should never be cold. The Blu Ray Player and 43" widescreen TV will keep you occupied if by some miracle it should dare rain during your visit to St Andrews. There is also a Bluetooth soundbar connected to the tv which will also play music from your phone etc. Free wifi is available within the caravan and also in the newly refurbished entertainment centre.

The beach, swimming pool and harbour are all a short walk away on the coastal path which leads to the historic St. Andrews town centre. There you will find many pubs and restaurants along with St. Andrews infamous charity shops. Take a stroll through the botanic gardens or walk amongst the ruins of the cathedral and Castle and St. Andrews University buildings. The children will enjoy a trip to St. Andrew's Sealife Centre or to the nearby Craigton Park with its boating pond and miniature railway. For the more adventurous you can walk the 14 miles along the Fife Coastal Path to Crail. The no 95 bus service runs from outside the park entrance to the town and in the opposite direction to Kingsbarns, Crail and Anstruther and all without a mention of the 7 public golf courses. Take a day out to explore the ancient fife fishing villages or go underground at Scotland's Secret Bunker. Further a field are Cairnie Fruit Farm and Mega maze, The Scottish Deer Centre, Soon to open Fife Zoo, Eden Distillery and Kingsbarn Distillery.

My wife Christine and I had a very good time in this caravan. It makes such a difference going into a lovely clean and tidy caravan. The van is also very well equipped with everything you could need.It is also very well situated with a smashing view over the harbour. We would definately like to hire this caravan again in the future. Also Neil the owner was very good and helpful.

Thank you for your lovely review, the view is stunning and everyone loves it. It's ever changing with the sea and the light. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
