For hire is a 2014 modern Willerby Vacation Gold Plus caravan sited on the desirable Paddocks 58 area of the Butlins Caravan Holiday Village which is just a few minutes walk away from the main resort. It is a luxury 12 ft wide, 8 berth caravan with double glazing and gas central heating making it perfect for hiring all year round. To the side of the caravan is a 12ft x 8ft veranda with table, chairs and umbrella.

LOUNGE: The large spacious lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire, 32 inch TV with built in DVD, selection of DVD's, portable radio/CD player with ipod/iphone speaker dock and selection of board games.

KITCHEN: The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your self catering holiday. It has a gas cooker and hob, free standing fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea pot, cutlery and crockery, bread bin, chopping board, glasses.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom has a double bed and a triple wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. It has bedside and overhead shelving. Both twin bedrooms have two single beds, single wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Coat hangers, quilts and pillows are provided in all bedrooms. There is a pull out double bed in lounge making it 8 berth.

BATHROOM: The main bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a large shower area with shelving providing plenty of storage for towels and toiletries. There is also a separate toilet and sink making it ideal for families.

SAFETY: For your safety the caravan is fitted with 2 smoke alarms, 2 carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.
