Mother Iveys Bay Holiday Park

Caravan 138 at Mother Ivey's bay is situated in a private owners and quiet section of the park and is double glazed, fully heated, has a flat screen T.V/DVD, fully equipped to a very high standard. Sleeps 4 in a main bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom (can be made into double) and the caravan has prepaid WIFI.

A real home from home with hairdryer, patio furniture, BBQ and duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. The basics are provided to start you off, tea, coffee etc.

Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park is set in the most beautifully landscaped gardens, with direct access to one of the best private beaches in the UK. At the end of the bay is Padstow Lifeboat Station and in either direction from the park you can walk within ten mins to other fabulous lifeguarded beaches.

Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is an area known as "7 Bays for 7 Days" All seven beaches are accessible from our caravan. You really are spoilt for choice and with many celebrity eating venues on the doorstep it is a place you will want to keep returning to.

The site has an excellent shop with bakery. Off license, laundrette and brand new children's play park with the most stunning views. The site is also adjacent to Trevose Golf Course if you fancy a round or two. Short breaks are available and the caravan is offered for hire in July and Aug.

We would like to keep costs down to the hirer so we do ask and expect all guests to clean the caravan at the end of their stay and leave it spotless. We cannot employ cleaners locally as we can't monitor them with not living locally. Everything is supplied for cleaning, hoover etc.

Payment in full is to be made at time of booking and all breakages to be paid for and reported. Keys are to be posted back within two working days of your return and any lost sets will be charged for at £50. It is important to note the main reception DOES not have any spares!

Please note there is no WiFi available at the park for the 2016/17 season due to the provider ceasing to trade.
