Our luxury lodge is available Sunday / Monday to Friday's.Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Availability / pricing enquiries preferably made through the website .
A non refundable deposit of £100 ( payable by cheque or bank transfer ) is required within 7 days from the enquiry to secure a booking, balance of payment together with a security bond of £100 is due 6 weeks before arrival. The security bond will be refunded after the holiday on condition the lodge is left clean, tidy and undamaged.
Confirmed bookings are based on a strict maximum occupancy of 4 people and no pets.

Main Description
Our luxury lodge measuring 40 by 20 is located at Lakeland Leisure Park and has all the home comforts you would expect, double glazing and full gas central heating plus a number of extras. It is sited on a premium pitch on an exclusive and quiet area of the park with private parking, yet still only a short walk away from Otter Lake and all the park facilities.

The lounge is a large spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area where there is a very comfortable freestanding suite, a coffee table and a dining table. We have a 50” inch screen LCD TV with Free-view channels and blue ray DVD player. We provide games/dvds for entertainment and a selection of books/ magazines for your relaxation on the occasional rainy day.

The kitchen area is fully fitted and has all modern appliances, a large American style fridge freezer, 8 ring gas hob cooker with 2 ovens and a grilll, fitted microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee percolator. tea towels and cleaning products are provided for your use. There is also an integrated dishwasher, iron, ironing board and hair-dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom is spacious with full size twin beds and walk in wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom with full size bath and shower over, both bathrooms are completed by modern washbasins, toilets and fitted cupboards.
All bed linen is included in the price and beds are made up for your arrival.
We do not provide travel cots or high chairs but these are available to hire from letting reception.

Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to the wrap around gated verandah providing a safe play area for young children where you can relax and enjoy the views overlooking the ornamental lake.Dine outside on our table and chairs or simply relax in comfort on the luxury rattan chairs and sun loungers with cushions.

Gas and electricity is included in the hire charge. Passes for the entertainment complex can be purchased from the reception.

The lodge provides spacious accommodation and a luxurious home from home base to explore the south lakes area and is ideal for families or couples who wish to holiday together. Close to the golf course and Otter Lake this lodge will be ideal for golf lovers and novices who may like to have a try. Otter Lake reception offers bike and golf club hire and there is the opportunity to have a go at the various water sports.

The Lodge is let on a strictly no smoking basis and we regret that pets are not allowed. We are unable to accept bookings from single sex groups (see explanation) or groups under the age of 21.

Our holiday home is in excellent condition and to maintain this high standard a £100 deposit is required to secure your booking followed by settlement of your balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.In addition there is a £100 security bond required payable with the balance, this bond will be refunded within 7 days subject to the lodge being left clean, tidy and undamaged after your stay.


Local Attractions: Holker Hall, Scenic Walks, Windermere and Coniston, Grizedale forest, Cartmel Race course with it's restaurants / pubs, Cark railway station and other Historical Attractions.
