Main Description
Beautiful 3 bedroom caravan for hire with central heating and double glazing on Primrose Valley

Situated on Wild Flower Meadow, a nice quiet part of the park with sea views. The main complex is approximately 5 minutes walk away and the fairground, boating lake is approximately 10 minutes walk away.

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage. It has a full size gas oven and hob, full size integrated fridge/freezer (half freezer/half fridge), kettle, slow cooker, toaster and microwave, plus all the usual crockery and utensils. Seating for 6.

In the lounge you will find a 40" flat screen TV with freeview, (Sky Multiroom facility so you can bring your own box), DVD player, Bluetooth Micro System. A large selection of DVDs, games and books are also supplied for your enjoyment. Also in the lounge is an electric fire and coffee table.

The main bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and a 19" flat screen TV with freeview and DVD. A hair-dryer is also supplied. This bedroom also has its own en-suite toilet and sink.

Both other bedrooms sleep 2. One is a twin room which can be made into a single to make extra space and the other one has bunk beds. The top bunk can be folded up to make extra space. Both these bedrooms are fitted with a 23" flat screen TV/DVD with freeview. A Wii console is supplied in the bunk room along with five games and a PS3 plus games is supplied in the twin room.

A high chair and travel cot are also supplied. Please bring your own bedding.

The main bathroom comprises of large double power shower, toilet and sink. Iron and ironing board are supplied. For your safety a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are fitted.

Outside there is a gated veranda complete with table and chairs so you can enjoy the sea view. We also supply a gas BBQ complete with utensils. We also have a patio area with picnic bench. Parking is on a tarmac drive with additional parking facing.

Duvets and pillows are supplied and beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Strictly no smoking and no pets. In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties of under 21's.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures the booking and payment must be received within 7 days. The balance plus £50 refundable breakages bond will be required 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday or at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks to your arrival date.

Payments by bank transfer or cheque and payment can be made by installments up to the due date. Credit cards/Debit cards also taken over the telephone and paid directly into my Haven Account..

Funworks passes are not included but can be obtained from Primrose Valley Holiday Park reception.

We have just spent a lovely week in Filey. The caravan has one of the best plots on the site with a sea view. Lovely and quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to the pool and fun works which my children love. The caravan was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were met by Sarah, a lovely lady who found us driving round looking for wildflower meadow (it is quite a big site!!). I would highly recommend this caravan and hope to visit again.

This was our 2nd Family Holiday to Filey, First to this caravan and have re-booked this caravan for our 2015\'s Family Holiday. This caravan is perfectly situated on the site at a quiet location with a sea view. The caravan is very well looked after and was spotless when we arrived. We were met by one of the owners team who showed us around and if we had any questions. Highly recommend this caravan...it\'s a wee gem.

A lovely caravan in a great spot on the park, nice and quiet yet only 5 mins walk to the complex. From the time of booking, the owner answered all queries promptly and the cleaner that met us on the day of arrival was lovely and showed us around the van. Would definitely recommend.
