Lakeland Leisure Park is situated at Moor Lane, Flookburgh. This is about 10 minute drive from Grange-over-Sands and within easy reach of the Southerly Lakes such as Windermere, Coniston & Tarn Hows. Other popular local attractions include Hawkshead, Grizedale Forrest Visitor Centre, South Lakes Wildlife Park at Dalton, Furness Abbey, Holker Hall, Laurel & Hardy Museum (Ulverston).
Not forgetting Cartmel which is a 10 minute drive from our holiday home which is famous for the 12th Century Priory, sticky toffee pudding, horse racing, quaint restaurants, pubs and the famous Michelin Star L'Enclume Restaurant
The southern end of The Lakes offers an altogether softer and calmer landscape. There are easy woodland walks and bike rides and only 20 minutes away from Windermere and Bowness.
Lakeland Holiday Park is ideally situated to access all that Cumbria has to offer.
Outside there is a full wrap around sun deck with stunning views across the lake. A beautiful rattan dining set that can seat 8, rattan settee, and sun recliners - perfect for alfresco living.
