Owner Description

Luxury brand new Pemberton Park Lane 43ft x 14ft holiday home to let on Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. The home is situated on a quiet and peaceful location and has a large decking area all fitted with clear view panels giving fantastic views of the bay. It is on an end plot and has a grassed area to the right and a private garden to the left of the home making it ideal and safe for children to play. There is also private parking available in front of the holiday home.

It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms. It comprises:-

Lounge – luxurious lounge suite, ottoman, 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee table and flame effect electric fire with remote control.

Kitchen/dining area - includes a 5 burner gas hob with externally vented extractor hood, high level cooker with separate oven and grill, intergrated fridge/freezer, intergrated dishwasher, intergrated microwave, twin bar stools and plenty of worktop and cupboard space, skylight, dining table with 6 chairs.

Bathroom – Bath with over head shower, toilet, sink and over head mirrored cabinets.

Bedrooms – The accommodation has 3 bedrooms – The main bedroom which is very spacious has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and cupboards, dressing table, TV/DVD, hairdryer and en-suite with double shower, toilet and basin. There are a further 2 bedrooms which have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented from the haven hire shop along with travel cots and high chairs.

Sun Veranda – Large wrap around decking area all with fitted clear view panels giving spectacular views over the bay and coast line, there is a large patio table with 6 chairs to enjoy el fresco dining.

Strictly NO smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan.

There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.

First time in Kestrel way. Wow what views and seemed to be a really quiet part of the park. Accommodation spot on. Lounge lovely light and airy with a lovely sized kitchen for me as i love cooking. Comfy beds and nice to have a bath option as well. Benefits from a small private garden area to one side which would be good for guests with little ones. Would definitely recommend and would come again.

Fantastic accommodation, full of all the mod cons and very clean and tidy .view to die for and up out the way of the main park with a easy five minute walk to the center and also the same distance to the beach . Would highly recommend as this caravan is one of the best ones on the site . The park itself has everything you could think off and more . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful caravan in superb location with outstanding views over the Devon coastline. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Racheal was very helpful and professional and even contacted us to check we were happy during our visit. Will definitely return soon.

Lovely caravan with beautiful views of the sea..comfortable big and loads of room No negative feedback wot so from caravan or owner side..love the site also only thing with Devon cliffs is everything on site is really expensive which is off putting but if you drive then there is alot of options of site.. but this caravan is top job...

A** You will rest on the best view , at the highest point of the park overlooking south beach within a quiet area soaking up 7am sunshine in the peak season ?? Exceptional caravan supplied by Rachael here, everything you would want / need within ! Fantastic , we will return !! Couldn’t of asked for a better location and that is what we had on Devon Cliffs ! Great for a family getaway ????????????

This caravan is turly Home from home. It’s absolutely stunning. My husband and I came with our two year old son and we loved the fact he could play outside on the balcony and not have to worry as it’s all secure and you can lock the gate. The decor and the homely feel made it even better and the veiws are something else. I have already enquiried to come back next year. Would definitely recommend

Wow was my only word as we opened the door to this caravan! It is truly luxury and most definitely in a league of its own, setting itself apart from the rest. Location is perfect with stunning sea views over the bay and lovely and quiet for sitting out while the children can play safely in the private garden. Cleanliness of the caravan and the site is also superb. I would highly recommend this caravan and site, I cannot fault anything at all.

This was our first family holiday and we couldn't have gone for a better caravan or site. The caravan is lovely, spacious and has an amazing view from the veranda. There was plenty of space for us all, a garden to the side of the caravan and plenty of utensils in the kitchen for all your needs. All check in information was sent promptly with clear instructions and communication with the owners was always received a quick response. A perfect holiday we were all genuinely sad to leave. Will definately love to return in the future!

Just returned from a week spent in caravan heaven; 3 adults and 3 children. The caravan is top quality with comfortable beds and furniture. Top, Top, Top location with awesome views over beautiful sandy bay. Lovely site in a beautiful part of the UK even on a rainy day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will book again!

LOVELY CARAVAN WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW AND LOVELY DECKING AREA TO FULLY APPRECIATE IT. REALLY SPACIOUS SO WE ALL HAD OUR OWN SPACE. I THINK ITS THE BEST LOCATION ON THE SITE.
