Owner Description

Newquay Holiday Park is in a rural location next to a golf course and within easy reach of beautiful beaches, a surfer's paradise. The sun deck area is ideal for sun bathing and dining al fresco. Relax on those sunny Cornish summer evenings sitting around in the outside furniture. The pitch is situated in a quiet corner with no through vehicle access which is both spacious and level, with a private car park space at the front.

The accommodation is spacious with a modern open plan layout with a comfortable 3 piece suite featuring swivel chairs, a fireplace, large flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview, feel free to watch any of the DVDs or read any of the books as these are provided for your enjoyment. The modern kitchen/diner has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including a full size oven, 4 ring gas hob with extractor fan, large built-in fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. An iron and ironing board, Hoover and hair dryer are also supplied.

The spacious master bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe, bedside compartments, overhead storage units, chest of drawers and the added luxury of an en-suite WC with basin. The twin bedroom features 2 single beds with overhead storage and a single wardrobe. All beds will be made up for your arrival and are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort. Towels and tea towel are also provided, all you need to bring are beach towels.

The separate shower room is fitted with a modern white suite, incorporating a WC with bathroom cabinet above, storage space in the cupboard beneath the wash basin, and a double sized enclosed shower cubicle with sliding glass panel door. Electricity and gas is provided at no extra cost.

Location - Newquay Holiday Park is located on a hillside adjacent to a 9 hole executive golf course, and is just 3 miles from Newquay town centre. There are many nearby, beautiful sandy beaches, of which Fistral is most famous for excellent surfing. The Park is an ideal base for day trips to the Eden Project, Truro, St Ives and Padstow, famous for Rick Stein's fish and chips and the Jamie Olivers 'Fifteen' restaurant in Watergate Bay.

Why not pamper yourself at the award winning Headland Spa in Newquay or treat yourself to a cliff top hot tub experience at the stunning Scarlet Hotel Spa in Mawgan Porth. Plus many more local attractions. The Park has three wonderful heated outdoor pools with a giant 200ft water slide which are open during the summer months. There are children's and teens' clubs, indoor soft play areas, numerous outdoor play areas, a 9 hole pitch and putt, nature trail, convenience store, launderette and cash machine.

There's also The Venue Bar and Club with nightly family entertainment, Tregenna Bar and Grill and Costa Coffee with big screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the main complex. Entertainment Passes are available from reception for a small fee.

This flexible holiday location means you can go and enjoy adventure if you want or just enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings.

The caravan is situated in a quiet corner at the top of the site. We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with tea and biscuits, what a nice touch! The caravan was very clean and beautifully furnished, a real home from home. It has everything you need, the suite is comfortable with lots of cushions, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is hot and powerful. It has all you need for your stay and we could not fault it on anything. It is close to many beaches and there are good supermarkets at Newquay, a ten minute drive from the site which has a small shop selling all the basic essentials. We will definitely be returning. Couldn't have been more impressed with our accommodation. The caravan was so homely, clean and comfortable. It was fully equipped with more than we could have imagined. It was a real home from home experience and we absolutely loved it. We would highly recommend this holiday home to a family with young children, our 5 year old loved it so much.

Our first visit to Cornwall and loved it. Lovely clean home from home caravan but double bed could do with mattress topper as very springy lol. Great packs of information left so went to a few lovely places. Food lovely in the restaurant. Lovely warm pools, kids aged 7 and 5 loved every minute and can't wait to come back. Owners easy to get hold of and very helpful. Great holiday all round. Thank you x

Our pleasure. We have purchased a good quality memory foam topper which is very comfortable. Yeah, love the pool; so warm. Our prices reflect the parks own tariff minus the club house tickets but we believe the accommodation is in a better location and more comfortable. Love to see you back.

Fantastic and beautiful caravan very clean and homely, we have stayed in lots of caravans and this is by far the best and arriving at the caravan after a long journey to find tea, coffee, milk etc all in there waiting was a lovely thought. The park it's self was really nice and the outdoor pools were great my two little boys where never out of them. I would absolutely book to stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

What an Absolutely Beautiful caravan, very-very comfortable,Immaculately cleaned and there's everything you could possibly need supplied in the van to help make your stay even better. The caravan is in a lovely quite spot at the top of the park and is only a very short walk away from the entertainment facilities. The Park is clean and tidy. This is a really clean and cosy place to stay, very well equipped and comfortable. The decking outside is a real sun trap. Situated in the top end of the park, it's really peaceful and quiet. We didn't use the park facilities, so can't comment on those, but the owners were helpful with information before and during our stay. It's convenient for Newquay and Watergate Bay, with Mawgan Porth, Treyarnon, and Padstow not too far away.
