It is fully gas central heated with combi boiler.

OPEN PLAN LIVING/KITCHEN & DINING area is beautifully presented offering a light airy feel with lots of space for sheer pleasure & relaxation . There is an integrated sound system (speakers in the ceiling) for your MP3 player or phone. Also a warm homely flame effect electric fire for those cosy evenings.
KITCHEN offers side by side fridge & freezer, integrated washer/dryer, integrated microwave, gas oven/grill & hob with a pop up extractor fan & pop up power socket (includes USB charger).
DINING area offers a 4 seater dining table & high back chairs.
EN-SUITE MAIN BEDROOM offers a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, mirrored dressing area with stool & remote control TV riser system.
TWIN BEDROOM has 3ft wide beds with overhead cupboards & wardrobe with drawers. Opposite is the family shower room with w/c.

Vogue Lodge comes complete with all the usual facilities for a luxurious self catering holiday (tea towels/dish cloths not supplied) as well as a DVD player.

French doors lead out onto a lovely verandah with rattan table and chairs for that alfresco dining, also outside lights.

All beds are made upon your arrival, so you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Vogue Lodge has it's own car parking bay.

Leisure facility passes are NOT included in the price but are purchased from Lakeland Reception.

There is a strictly NO SMOKING basis and regret NO pets are allowed.

We are unable to accept bookings from single sex groups or groups under the age of 21yrs.

Fitted with carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector.

As it is a BRAND NEW LODGE condition is exceptionally outstanding, in order for this standard to be maintained I ask for a security bond of £100 to cover any damages. The bond will be returned within 7 days provided there are no damage/breakages and the Lodge is left in a clean & tidy condition.
