A few miles down the road is the well known Haverthwaite railway where you can step back in time and catch a steam train to lakeside where you can carry on up lake Windermere by boat or stay and enjoy the Lakes Aquarium. The list of things to do in this beautiful part of England goes on and on that's why people come back year after year.
