Our 3 bedroom (sleeps up to 8), double glazed 12 foot wide deluxe caravan with heating is located on a spacious premium pitch with own parking space. It is only a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse and main facilities.

The caravan has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room with toilet and heated towel rail with a additional separate toilet. The open-plan lounge/kitchen has a 32" freeview TV with USB connection, gas fire, full sized cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and large freezer as well as all necessary cooking utensils. all bedrooms have warm air heating. Outside patio area with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining.

The Havens Orchard Holiday Village has excellent facilities and entertainment. Daytime kids clubs and nightly entertainment in the show bar, Sports bar on site with a traditional pub just off site which also serves food. Food options on the park is the Mash & Barrell restaurant, Papa Johns Pizza, Thai, Fish & Chips or self cater with onsite supermarket . Chinese takeway and pub serving food off site but nearby. Indoor pools including a kids pool and a heated outdoor pool . Children's playground, amusements, multi sports court and kids clubs to keep children entertained. Launderette. Free WI-FI available on site. Beach and coastal walks nearby. Fishing lakes and 9 hole Golf course with a separate Pitch & Putt course.
Optional entertainment passes used for club and pool can be purchased direct from Havens reception on arrival. (Under 4's are free). Paid for activities are golf, fishing, aqua jets, archery, fencing, easy gliders, kayaking, target shooting, nature rocks building. Golf and Fishing equipment available to hire.

St Osyth is a charming quiet seaside resort with lovely restaurants while Clacton-on Sea has some wonderful beaches and a pier nearby (10 min drive or bus stop just outside park) with all the entertainment that a major seaside resort can offer. It also boasts major shops, cafes and restaurants.

Bedding supplied for you (duvets, pillows and sheets) , all you need to do is bring your own towels.

A £75 deposit payable within 7 days to secure the booking. This will be refunded within a week of departure providing no damage has occurred and the caravan is clean (don't worry I wont charge for the odd glass or plate breaking!) The full payment of holiday is required within 8 weeks of start date payable by cheque or bank transfer (if booking request is within 8 weeks then exception will be made!)
