BRAND NEW for 2019 our caravan is PLATINUM standard and a magnificent example of caravan accommodation at the highest level containing all the qualities you would expect to find in an executive lodge.

It will again be located (February 2019) on plot 707 Kernow View and at 40’ x 14’ will be one of the largest caravans on the site. Please note that until it is actually located that all of the photo’s with the exception of the decking view onto the open grassed area are all from a library.

Outside it will have surround decking to both front and side furnished with both circular table and chairs along with a small two seater wicker settee and two single chairs.

The front opening patio doors lead onto the decking with an open grassed area in front and a unique panoramic view of the headland, down the coast to Perranporth and out across the Atlantic’s horizon with its amazing sun sets.

Entry from the side leads you directly into a hallway which is unique to this caravan and a small alcove allows for the storage of coats and shoes, keeping your living spaces clutter and mud free.

As you enter the main area you will quickly appreciate the abundance of space created by the open plan aspect.

There is a fully fitted designer kitchen which certainly has that WOW factor. It comes complete with fully integrated full length fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a microwave. This in turn is complimented with a double oven, five burner hob and cooker hood/extractor fan.

If that doesn’t tempt you then the central located kitchen island really does set its living space apart from any other holiday home. You will particularly enjoy evening meals under the elegant pendant lighting whilst being serenaded from the blue tooth ceiling mounted speakers.

The lounge area has a modern and contemporary look and a décor that creates both a spacious and relaxed atmosphere. From the comfort of a three seater settee along with two arm chairs you can watch your favourite programmes on a modern HD tv whilst there is also a DVD player should you wish to bring you own DVD’s.

Off the hallway there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin single). The master bedroom with its king size bed has fully fitted furniture including a walk in wardrobe and seating area. The hanging cage lighting gives the room a touch of vintage class. It has a wall mounted tv and an en-suite that also includes a fitted shower.

The twin bedroom is larger than normal and again comes with fully fitted wardrobes and a wall mounted tv.

The main bathroom is of a contemporary design and also has a fully fitted shower.

There is the ability to sleep six people utilising the pull facility of the settee in the lounge. In addition there is a travel cot stored in the bedroom which families are welcome to use.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring you own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

Our caravan is located in the residential area of Kernow View with street lighting and individual tarmac parking alongside. There is an open aspect at the front of the caravan with uninterrupted views across the headland and down the coast towards St Ives. Watching the sunset across the horizon from either the surround decking or lounge is a moment of outstanding beauty.

Another important feature is the fact that all utilities are fed direct into the caravan including piped gas (no bottles).

Please note that entertainment passes are required for access to the pool and bar areas. These can be purchased at reception upon arrival.

Also note that due to the regulations of the site, groups of single sex parties are not allowed.
