We couldn’t of been happier from the moment we started speaking to Amanda and stepping foot into the caravan right up until we left. Amanda and the caravan was absolutely faultless. The caravan exceeded expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice for how beautiful it is! It was a slice of heaven, Amanda was an amazing host and communicator! We cannot wait to return! We haven’t stopped speaking/ recommending our stay since we sadly came home! ??????????

Caravan was amazing. Great stay would advise any one to stay there. Met my family there and paid a little extra then they did, but after few seconds pf walking in you can see why. Everything moden and looked after my two girls loved it . Beds are great . To . Would 100 percent stay again

This caravan is by far the best we have ever stayed in! It’s absolutely stunning with a gorgeous glass veranda with ample seating. It is a very big spacious caravan with all mod cons, clean and tidy and has everything you need! Perfectly situated on golden sands in a nice, quiet spot but just a 10 minute walk to the complex. Mandy is lovely,friendly and great with communicating ???? Thank you! We will be back x

What a great caravan the layout and room in all areas of this caravan is second to none we have always stayed in top end caravans and is the best we have stayed in, we had brilliant weather all week and the decking with comfortable furniture was great, all the mod-cons in the van is everything home from home you need, the position on the park of the van is great in a quiet area but only a short walk to all park activities, and only an half hour level walk into Mablethorpe, Mandy was great to deal with from start to finish, I would highly recommend this holiday home .

What a wonderful caravan!!!! Having stayed in a few caravans over the last 2 to 3 years we all agreed this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The lounge is very comfortable with two sofas, a large modern TV and French doors onto the decking. The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod-cons, and everything you need for your holiday. The bedrooms are so spacious, even with a king-size bed there is so much room to move around. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a big bonus is having another separate bathroom also with a walk-in shower. The whole caravan is so clean and well looked after. Mandy is so friendly and easy to communicate with and she even provided us with some food provisions when we arrived which was a very nice gesture and totally unexpected. Would definitely recommend this caravan for a holiday. Thanks for a lovely week.

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean caravan, very spacious and the decking is perfect for sitting and dining out, the caravan has all the essentials required for a lovely getaway even has a built-in washing machine and dish washer and also a large built in fridge freezer, the lounge area is very spacious with 2 free standing sofas with one doubling up as a sofa bed, the large smart TV was a bonus in the mornings for the kids and for us when they had gone to bed. The main bedroom had a walk-in wardrobe and a kind size bed, the smaller bedroom was larger than the normal size 2 bedded bedrooms you would normally get. The two bathrooms each had a built-in shower. we took our 2 grandchildren and they loved how close it was to the beautiful clean beach and close to the Golden Sands Park amenities which was a 5 min walk away Mandy was very helpful with the booking and we would certainly book again

Amazing caravan, really clean and modern with lovely decor. Felt so spacious as a wider caravan & set out really well with table & chairs in kitchen area so not taking over living space. Deck was also a great bonus & sea view (small one) lovely to sit & hear the waves. Host was great & easy to deal with, will be back again for sure.

Beautiful caravan situated in an excellent spot on Hopton Village. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with an excellent sea view. Only a few steps away from Hopton Beach. There is plenty of space to park two cars should you need to. The caravan has all the essentials required for a lovely getaway. We particularly liked sitting on the front decking in the sun. Mandy offered great customer service, was trustworthy and was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be returning in the future! We would highly recommend this rental.

Mandy was a delight to deal with from start to finish, from accommodating us at very short notice to all the helpful tips about the local area and where to eat etc. Caravan was deluxe, spotless and wonderfully located in a private area just a stone's throw from the lovely beaches (and had lovely sunset seaviews from the verandah). 10/10 for customer service, would have no hesitation in renting from Mandy again and looking forward to returning!
