There is central heating in all rooms and there is an extractor fan and heated towel rail in the shower room

Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with twin single beds. Third bedroom with twin single beds. Shower room with wash basin and toilet, and a second toilet with wash basin. There is also a travel cot and high chair.

There is a large decking area with picnic table and chairs and parking for one car. Sea-View and mountain view from the caravan.

Electric and gas included in the price, Duvets and pillows supplied but bed linen not provided. Good location only a few minutes walk to the beach and site facilities and a 5-10 minute drive to Barmouth centre. ENJOY!
