A 8 berth caravan offering luxury & comfort,The spacious lounge has settee style seating , a large TV & separate DVD player, also a small CD/radio player, a few family & children's DVD's are provided as well as family board games for extra enjoyment, In the kitchen is a high end built in microwave ,large intergrated seperate split fridge & freezer, near to the bedrooms areas are a shower room with toilet as well as a separate toilet close by as well, ideal for large family's.

The windows in main area of the caravan have privacy glass for added privacy during time spent relaxing inside of the caravan.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, (a master bedroom with domestic style double mattress & 2 twin rooms) all with heating, one of the twin bedrooms only has blown warm air heating in there which is ideal for younger children who you don't wish to get overheated overnight, located in the caravan is a security safe to keep secure any valuables e.g. holiday cash/bank cards, car/house keys etc. ,alongside of the caravan is a high spec wood effect upvc lockable gated veranda with modern furniture all brand new for the 2019 season.

A double slabbed parking area for customers cars is next to the veranda,, close to the caravan is a large all weather children's play park, , near to the caravans is the site shop ideal for your morning newspaper or top up shopping , near to the entrance area of caravan park you will find a small modern laundrette .

Bottom of the caravan site & few minutes walk from caravan itself is a large entertainment complex which has a large arcade/café/children's indoor play area downstairs as well as a family showbar upstairs with regular live entertainment sometimes with tribute acts on stage to well known pop stars, also having children's entertainment on as, a few minutes walk further up the road will bring you to few more family entertainment places including the fantasy island complex whereby again has regular live family entertainment together with early evening pre main show entertainment for the younger children, in a day time you will find around a 5 minutes walk brings you to several shops & 2 different markets with bargains galore, also a few takeaways/fish & chip shops/cafes/arcades all for your pleasure & enjoyment.

Around a 10 minutes walk will bring you to Ingoldmells lovely sandy beach , close to the entrance/exit areas of the caravan park are bus stops which takes you into main Skegness town or sea front areas where you can find plenty of shops (some popular high street names as well as several bargain shops) with several fish & chip shops with outside seating to enjoy the bracing sea air, Along the main front you find the bottoms funfair & outdoor swimming pool also embassy theatre with well know stars & shows appearing,also behind these attractions is the long golden sandy beach which tends to wins awards each year for its quality of bathing water. If you fancy travelling a bit further afield into Lincolnshire areas you will find attractions including walks.
