Quiet location with easy access to Blackpool and the historical city of Lancaster, if you are looking for a quieter break this is the place to be, its a warm homely caravan with excellent 4G connection and a great outlook onto the estuary, very comfy bed and a surprisingly great shower, if you want to travel a bit further try a visit to the lovely village of Arnside,we would not hesitate to use this holiday home again.

FANTASTIC on every Level!The caravan is amazing,homely,so clean and with everything you could want to have there..and more.Set in the most peaceful of locations, a perfect retreat at the end of a busy day.Its ideally placed as a base for trips to Blackpool, Lancaster and the Lakes or just to go for walks locally.Allan was so friendly and helpful.We had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon.THANKYOU.

We have just arrived back to Spain from the UK having spent 10 days at Cockerham Sands. The caravan was beautiful and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. It is in one of the best positions on the park for stunning views across the river and far enough away from the clubhouse and children´s play area for a peaceful holiday but also lots of very good entertainment on at the clubhouse and reasonably priced meals. We couldn´t fault the caravan but we did pay the high season price, being August.

We have just returned from one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had. The caravan was spacious and clean with plenty of home comforts and one of the most beautiful views we have ever had on a caravan park. It was always a pleasure coming back to the caravan at the end of the day. The park staff were polite and helpful and if you want a holiday that is quiet and relaxing I would recommend this one to you. The owners were always quick to respond to a query and the information they provided was clear and helpful. Many thanks we will be returning again.

We love it here! Our 2nd visit! We can't recommend enough-we call it our little secret retreat. It's so peaceful & idyllic. Kids have such fun too. The caravan is amazing with indescribable views. It's a must - we can't wait for our next visit.
