Owner's Booking Terms
A refundable £75 security bond is required, payable with the balance of your holiday, to cover any accidental damage and to ensure cleanliness. This is refunded within 2 weeks of the last day of your holiday if the caravan is left clean and with no damages. A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your holiday, The balance of your holiday must be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday. if you are making a late booking the full cost of the holiday and the security bond must be paid on booking. There is a minimum booking of 3 nights. Weeks will usually run from Saturday to Saturday but where possible we can consider other commencing dates.

Main Description
This holiday home is classed as a superior caravan. It is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms (6 berth) and is for hire situated on Oceans Edge Caravan Park in Heysham. This caravan is 36ft x 12ft wide with plenty of room both inside and out. It is located within easy walking distance of the parks facilities including entertainment suite, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, indoor children's soft play area, arcade, restaurant, over 18's bar, outdoor children's adventure playground, sports court, launderette and Nisa shop. 

The caravan is light and modern in design with double glazing and central heating throughout for those cold mornings. The caravan can sleep up to 6 people: there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom and all linen is supplied (towels and tea towels will need to be supplied by yourself). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 

The modern kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, full sized oven grill and 4 ring gas hob with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. In the living room there is a 32" LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player. Iron and ironing board are provided. 

The caravan has up to date gas and electricity certificates and there for your safety there are fire alarms and carbon monoxide detector. There is also a fire extinguisher in the kitchen area and fire blanket. There is also a Rantac security 
device.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars and further parking is available at the club house which is walking distance away. All gas and electricity is included in the price.

Park passes are not included in the price and will need to be purchased at Ocean Edge Leisure Park reception desk on arrival if required.

Location:
Oceans Egde caravan park is a Park Resorts holiday park situated on a cliff top over looking the Irish Sea close to the historic village of Heysham on the southern shores of Morcombe Bay. It is easily accessible from the M6 from both the North and South. 

The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. You can enjoy a great day of fun leaving the car behind.  There is a large club room where there is family entertainment including cabaret acts, discos, family games and children's entertainment. There is also a 18+ bar if you want a child free evening. The full entertainment package runs between March to mid November. There is also a restaurant that offers anything from breakfast through to evening meal with many offers and discounts for guests, takeaway service is also available. 

There is an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, indoor children's soft play area and outdoor children's adventure area, outdoor sports court and indoor arcade.  Also on site there is a launderette, shop and wi-fi is free in the complex.

Nearby:
Morecombe is 3 miles away where there are shops, pubs and restaurants, Morecombe Winter Gardens Theatre, Morecombe Super Bowl, The Eric Morecombe statue, Happy Mount Park.  Lancaster is 4 miles away offering shops, pubs, restaurants, markets, Lancaster City Museum, Lancaster Castle and Dungeons, Butterfly House. 

Blackpool is under 1 hours drive away.
Kendal is under 30 minutes drive away.

I booked this caravan for a week for me and my children and my elderly nan , we found the caravan perfect for us ,it was clean and tidy and very cosy and felt very homey for us ,The owner Philip was very good and kept us informed and returned my messages straight away , would visit again , thank you :)

Our stay at Ocean Edge was very enjoyable. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were close to the amenities which was great for the indoor swimming pool and the clubhouse and shop. I would recommend the caravan to all my family and friends. Nicola , the owner , made the booking pleasant and stress free , and answered all of my questions promply. Thank you Nicola for a fab holiday.
